Whoever the taller girl is with the black hair that worked 9/24 needs customer service training. All codes were given one at a time for returns. Yet she tells me I didn't give her the codes. If I am going item by item pulling them up as I am placing them? Even if I did not give her the code, the customer should never be made felt belittled.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the UPS Store under the new management! The customer service was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and incredibly quick to help. The store itself was spotless, creating a comfortable and safe environment for customers. The team's positive attitude felt like a breath of fresh air. This is by far the worse UPS I’ve visited. I waited almost a hour for a notary service while the only notary took a personal call. The service here is extremely poor and the other employees are rude. I would never recommend this location and will go to one in the Woodlands or Shenandoah. Save yourself the time and lack of professionalism.

Angie (the latino rep) was very pleasant and had a helpful demeanor. Her efficiency and effectiveness with helping me send off my package was awesome. She showed expectational customer service that made my visit a pleasant one.
