I went into this store to buy a size 4 children's shoe. for myself.
I was helped to find my shoes, and they fit great!!
I had to buy new shoes for my Father in law's funeral.
He just turned 80 years young. He and his wife turned 80
years young in May. And they were married for 61 years !!!

I order online and therefore when I have a return I have to step inside the store. The last time I was at the return counter with my digital return the older lady at the counter is a not so nice lady 2 times this year and I get this same lady. Wished I knew her name but she’s not nice at all. I’m not ordering at all right now because of this woman.

I was in this place buying a Nintendo Switch 2 console that comes with an included game. Then I asked the associate if I could buy 2 additional games separately, play them, and if I didn't like them, return them. He told me that I could if I did it within 30 days. So after 3 hours, I tried to return the console and the 2 games, but they refused to accept the return of the games, even though it was the employee's mistake. I spoke with different supervisors, and in the end, I spoke with Kaylee, who said no flatly. I felt robbed... $69 for 2 games.
