Bad service, they told me to scan a code they have there, I did it, someone came out and told me that I was already registered and that they would be with me later, I waited an hour after that, then another person came out and told me that if I didn't have an appointment, they couldn't help me. Why make me wait so long when the first one who came out would have told me that at once and I wouldn't have wasted that time waiting for them to attend to me ??♀️

Been baking with Wells Fargo for many years but very disappointed in the change of hours and this location no longer has a drive thru. Then takes very long inside because the tellers are so nice and friendly they are having personal conversations with the clients holding up the line. My back hurts standing in this line and I have 4 kids waiting outside. I guess next time I will bring all the kids inside to annoy the tellers. Very disappointed only 2 tellers and at least 15 people in line

I hate the new line thing they have going now it reminds me of the poor cows being lead to be slaughterd.Hate it it's stupid.Never open on time always 3 to 5 min late even though they see all the people waiting outside.Need more tellers to get faster service too.

VERY understaffed. Pretty terrible service and hope you’re not in a hurry to access money. You’ll wait an hour just to get access to your safety deposit box.

I visited the branch 7/14/23 to open a new account. It was old, dingy and poorly staffed. I had to sign in via a url code but no staff that acknowledged I was signed in. I will try Bank America.

Even though they are many tellers and bankers , after getting on waiting list. They. Still don't want to see me .. after COVID no body want to work they way used to be . Come on COVID is gone ge to work people .

Wow just wow! They make you sign in with a QR code. We waited with 3 people ahead of us. We were there over an hour and someone walked up crying at the desk so the lady took her ahead of all of us. When it was our time we said something to a Adalena that it was very rude that she did that and took a walk up while we were waiting to be seen for over an hour. She just said she had an urgent matter that needed to be attended to, so did we and so did the other 5 people waiting. No apologies no nothing. She was nasty and rude very unprofessional employees you have.

When you withdraw money from here or go to your safety deposit box, be very careful because they follow you from this bank to wherever you’re going to break into your car and steal all your stuff
