Let me start by saying I love the clerks in this office. Always knowledgeable and polite. Literally the only staff with an above average IQ.However, the carriers are questionable at best. I've had packages shoved so far into my mailbox the item was broken and had to be returned. I've found packages beside my mailbox in the rain, tossed into my bushes, dumped halfway down my driveway, and some but very few actually made it to the porch where they belong. Their excuse is that my dog looked like it was going to attack. My dogs have both been professionally trained by a trainer in Houston. One is even registered as an emotional support animal, but is retired. UPS and FedEx have never complained about either of them. Our UPS delivery driver has posted a picture with our dogs on his social media. My question is: Is it really my dogs or is my carrier just lazy?

I can't believe it once again I'm missing a package that says it was delivered to our mailbox and never got there this is a constant-current with this post office you never get your mail or your packages or else and they end up in somebody else's mailbox 4 months before you finally get the stuff back

We are constantly getting other people’s mail and also their packages sometimes... our packages are going to other people also. Today for instance, eBay sent a notice that my package had bn delivered to our mailbox.. Guess what! Not there...they are putting too much pressure on our poor mail carriers to get everything out so quick!! Ease up on them and let them be able to deliver correctly instead of rushed!!! We don’t mind a few days delay, as long as they get here!!!

I love our little post office where there’s never a line!
