Alive Church is a non-denominational church in the New Waverly area that exists to bring life giving hope to the community. It is described as alive with the Holy Spirit, a place where the tangible presence of God is felt. The worship is active, genuine, fantastic, powerful, and centered on Jesus, with an emphasis on worshipping in Spirit and truth and waiting on the Lord. The preaching and teaching are Spirit filled, amazing, and the word of God is taught and preached with authority and in love. It is reported as a great place for healing, to rest, and to soak in God's presence, with powerful revival services needed for the region. The church is very inclusive and welcoming, with kind pastors whose heart is to save the lost and make disciples. It is an easy place to be loved and to learn how to love like Christ. The church is highlighted as a great place for youth, kids, and a young adults ministry that bears fruit. Many state that Alive Church has changed their lives, helping them grow, learn, and be restored. The staff are more than pastors; they are friends who take time to answer questions. Overall, it is called the real deal, a place where revival is breaking out.
Come hear truth from the Bible and awesome, annointed Worshipping. God is not on time limits here, able to move amongst His people to do what He needs to do in order to set the captives free. "Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed."

This non-denominational church blesses me. The worship is active and genuine. God is worshipped, and the word of God is taught. If you need a place of healing this is a great place to rest and soak in God's presence.
