Great people I came during the winter storm prepared to pay and I did not know it is cash only… They got me squared away and told me to come back and pay when I can! How nice! Anyways I did go back and pay when I got a chance .

Billy advised me on initial tank set up and now I'm on a automatic refill program at the house. Generator ran with no issues during Hurricane outage. Smooth operation!

Fair price. Very professional and friendly people. I went to get my grill propane tank filled. There was an issue with the valve so they didn’t fill it for me but they told me how I can get it fixed. Only reason why it’s not a five star is because they only take check or cash.

Mr. Billy and son in law Robert helped me with the best placement for my tank, pros and cons of buried etc. and got my home up and running when I built in the community in 2023. They also refill 20# and up cylinders instead of exchanging them. Great family owned and operated business here in New Waverly. Mr. Billy takes great care of military and first responders which I appreciate. I recommend anyone needing their tanks filled, serviced or installed to stop by and give them a chance to earn your business. You will be happy you did.Rob

I have been doing business with B & S since 2001. Prompt to come out, respect the property, and are always pleasant to deal with. When the shut-off valve on my old (1954) tank started acting up several years ago, Billy repaired it for the cost of the parts he ordered after I found a vendor that still had a rebuild kit in stock, and I expect the tank will now outlast both of us. Billy and his guys are absolutely the best around! We built a new house and had ALL kinds of issues getting our tank set (developer and builder related). Billy not only stood up for us and helped us when it wasn’t even in his “job description”, but they went so far over and beyond multiple times to make sure we got propane for heat, cooking and hot water. I’ve never had a company that truly wanted to help their customers like B&S. Robert fills our tank regularly and he’s always so respectful and looks out to make sure our animals don’t get out of the gate while he’s filling our tank.

Always there when you need them. Anytime I call they are quick to get your tank loaded up. I called one time previously when my tank was completely empty and it seemed like they dropped everything to get me refilled almost immediately
