I’ve had several problems with this location drive thru very slow— bank fees show up on my statement — can’t deposit money in ATM—can’t transfer money from savings to checking for overdraft protection— people that work here are not customers friendly and customer service sucks— don’t recommend this bank —I’ve notified their corporate office about this branch — terrible service

Hello just wanted to say that I started an account today in light of the negative reviews I read and decides to give them a chance to earn my business. At first glance it definately wasn't the best looking bank from the outside. Once inside I began to think I was in the 80s all over again. So we requested to start a checking account something basic. Once we sat down we were stared at by an employee with a heavy look of disgust or maybe a lack of interest. This have been because we were in our uniforms for work. After being stared at for a moment our experience changed.. Cody Baker.. Then stood up and says hello and that he would be glad to help us. This made me feel good like earning our business meant something to him. After finally being greeted warmly and offered help we began discussing what type of account we would be interested in or like to start. Cody was very clear and helpful and precise in getting us started. To spite sitting next to someone who never even looked our way or decided to greet us. I know we are millionaires or financially free but judging a book by its cover wasn't an experience I anticipated from a bank and a small one at that. So in short Cody Baker earned and saved our business just by practicing good business standards. Overall it wasn't the best experience but it was very pleasant once Cody took over. The lady that couldn't even recognize us just sitting feet away is Julie! Be sure you look like a millionaire to be taken care of.

Went through the drive thru to make a deposit. Had to initial the deposit slip because the amount was incorrect. Sent the slip back. Waited for my receipt. ...waited ...waited some more. Pressed the call button. The video turned off (so I know they had to have seen me even if they had forgotten about me). Went to the front door. Locked. Saw a teller through the window and knocked on the door. He turned the lights off and went out the back door. What??! Just thankful that I grabbed my DL before sending the slip back.
