They squeezed us in and were working hard over here to accomodate for our passports! Unlike the Willis postal location that sucks! Thank you for taking pride in your job and working hard.

Today ( March 6 ) we went to the New Waverly post office to renew my wife's expired passport. We got there at about 11am for a 11:45 am appt. The young lady at the front desk said she could go ahead and process the paperwork since the 11:00am appointment had not shown up. I wish I had gotten her name, but I want you to know she was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Nice lady helped me today with my passport application. She was kind and efficient. I went to 2 other offices in Woodlands and Willis and they were dismissive when I told them I was walking in for passport application. Thank you, ma'am.

8/23/24 contacted New Waverly PO stated it was scanned for North Houston tracking indicates it's still in New Waverly. Expected delivery of a pkg 8/9/24 been processing at this location since 8/13/24 as of today NO ONE knows where the package is or whether or not I will EVER receive it. ZERO stars

I'm a disable Vietnam vet, and I am very proud of all the employees at the New Waverly Texas postal office. I'm always greeted with a smile every time I go there to get my mail or ? packages, and when I leave they always tell me to have a nice day, and be safe. I would like to give a shout out to all the employees at the New Waverly Texas location, especially Mrs. Bartee, and Alicia Keys as I call her. She's suppose to be on tour, but she's always helping out lol. This is my post for the New Waverly post? office and all employees. God Bless you all

Do your job. People need medical deliveries and your driver wouldn't get out of the car and sped away while being waved down!!!!! Awful!!!

Lazy uninspired old croodsAgain and again and again…“Item left in residence mailbox”Nothing there… we have locked mailboxes and yet, NONE OF MY PACKAGES GET DELIVERED…You’ve got one job… deliver the mail.If you keep it at the post office, leave the note that you’re supposed to leave.If you can’t put it in the box, don’t say you did.JUST DELIVER MY DANG MAIL.And any time we go inside, the women there are completely oblivious and they don’t care… they truly have no real love for their position or their careers. It’s unfortunate.Employees:If you’re reading this, just deliver my damn mail. It’s easy. Just deliver the packages. Do your job!2/6/24I hope your ac goes out in July…I went up to pick up a package and they're like we bed your ID(Topically I'd be totally fine with that but I'm literally there four time a week anyway and they literally grab my packages without me even saying the address.)I said wait... you mean to tell me that you're fine with leaving the boxes out on the ground in the rain and unsecured at the community mail box but won't hand it to me here knowing who I am? That makes zero sense.

Fantastic, friendly service! I had an appointment to renew my son's passport, and the clerk was able to get us right in, even though we were over 30 minutes early. She was incredibly friendly and efficient. She also gave very personal yet professional service to the customer ahead of us. This is a hidden gem of a post office, and I would definitely drive the extra time to take care of my postal needs here.
