Lazy uninspired old croodsAgain and again and again…“Item left in residence mailbox”Nothing there… we have locked mailboxes and yet, NONE OF MY PACKAGES GET DELIVERED…You’ve got one job… deliver the mail.If you keep it at the post office, leave the note that you’re supposed to leave.If you can’t put it in the box, don’t say you did.JUST DELIVER MY DANG MAIL.And any time we go inside, the women there are completely oblivious and they don’t care… they truly have no real love for their position or their careers. It’s unfortunate.Employees:If you’re reading this, just deliver my damn mail. It’s easy. Just deliver the packages. Do your job!2/6/24I hope your ac goes out in July…I went up to pick up a package and they're like we bed your ID(Topically I'd be totally fine with that but I'm literally there four time a week anyway and they literally grab my packages without me even saying the address.)I said wait... you mean to tell me that you're fine with leaving the boxes out on the ground in the rain and unsecured at the community mail box but won't hand it to me here knowing who I am? That makes zero sense.

Fantastic, friendly service! I had an appointment to renew my son's passport, and the clerk was able to get us right in, even though we were over 30 minutes early. She was incredibly friendly and efficient. She also gave very personal yet professional service to the customer ahead of us. This is a hidden gem of a post office, and I would definitely drive the extra time to take care of my postal needs here.

We came today to get our passports and pictures completed. Lisa helped us and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We were trying to get our little ones passport along with another new and a renewal. Lisa handled everything with a cheerful and positive attitude. Lisa even took time to compliment our little one’s rain boots. If you need a passport done, I highly recommend coming to this post office!

This place needs a Federal Inspection.This is by far the worst Post Office I have had to deal with.The mail is never delivered on time and packages are left on the road.I reached out to the office and got nothing but excuses.There’s two vehicles sitting in the driveway and I get a notice to come to the post office to get the mail.I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Horible work habits......1.5 hours behind schedule and still, laughing at you if you ask when is your turn to be served at passport service. An federal employee who's sarcastic with customers, no matter if is unionized enviroment or not, should be fired or hired by Biden administration....

Worst post office ever. They loose so many packages or just don’t deliver on time and give ridiculous reasoning why, way too often. Also they leave packages out by the road anytime we get deliveries on the weekend.

I mailed several letters 12 days ago and none have been received. This is unacceptable. They should have qualified people to pick up your mail!! What is wrong with the mail service in New Waverly, Texas??

Everyday they can’t find a package but I ask them kindly to look again they find more. I have to go everyday when things were delivered days ago. Very rude as well.They need to hire more people or figure out a better way to run things.
