Whoever is delivering my mail does not care about any federal, state, and personal documents. My property tax documents were delivered to a neighbor and they took my mail to Azle, Tx, I had to drive to their address to get my DOCUMENTS (they opened my Personal Documents). Also, my Children's Medicaid Documents were lost by The Post Office Employees. This is not the first time this has happened, I also received my neighbor's mail and mail from other far away addresses. I have lived in Newark for 11 years and this problem is increasing. Newark Post Office Manager, what is going on with good service? January 28, 2025.
Also, I would also like to know why my mail is left outside to get wet and my neighbors' mail is delivered to their door. It seems that these employees use racial profiling to provide good and bad service.

Best post office I think exists! Not once have I waited in a line, no matter the time of day. Always extremely helpful and kind service. Great post office!

Save yourself the trouble and go to Rhome or UPS. Lived in the area for 5.5 years and it’s obvious the people who work at this location hate their job. You can kill them with kindness and understanding and you’ll always be met with rudeness.

Absolutely impeccable customer service. I had a complex situation and they were patient and knowledgeable and helped me to a solution. Even the custodial staff was friendly, greeting me at the door and helping me get to the help window. My wife has had consistent service as well. Thank you!

stopped by to drop off some packages (15 to be exact, but they were all just small envelopes that had padding). the clerk at the front was incredibly rude, and when he saw my packages he looked at them and rolled his eyes. i apologized for how many i brought in, but he cut me off and told me (rudely) to answer the question on the pin pad. after that he did NOT speak to me the rest of the transaction. he also overcharged me on every package which i didn't catch until after they closed, and after i paid he grabbed the packages and walked away before i even took my card out of the machine. very disappointed in this place.

This location is tiny and not opened on the weekends, so you'll have to make arrangements. But the cashier was friendly and knew what he was talking about. I needed my keys for my box (just moved into a new construction home), no hassle there! I do recommend this location if you are able to use during posted operating hours!

I have been using this little post office a lot in this last year. I have shipped over 100 packages with special services. All has gone well and no packages have been lost or damaged. The people are wonderful and super helpful. No they are not a big inner-city post office and I love that. If you want big inner-city mail service, then drive the 30 minutes downtown. =)

This post office does so much with space and budget constraints. When you think that cost of a stamp has only gone from $0.10 when I mailed my first letter to $0.55 today and has not even come close to keeping up with inflation. Just about ever staple from back then has exceeded inflation, the stamp has always provide unbelievable value. I can send a letter anywhere in the US for the same low price is amazing, Fed Ex and UPS won't do that.

Professional staff and service, but in the 2 years I've had a box here, numerous incidents of mail not received especially from government or banks. Has gotten much more frequent in 2019. I would stay away from this post office.
