The elderly woman working there it’s so rude and she’s refusing to check people out

Very rude old lady working there refuses to check people out and when you go, ask her, she gets so mad about it. She says she’s not opening the self check out. Because too many people and she’s busy restocking and changing tags so she’s refusing to help people check out this place is not gonna last I spent 20 minutes trying to check out this morning

Needs more registers and more employees and omg the damn Internet needs to work their ..then the people who work their act like they dont know and when were trying to use the app or coupons we cant and they look at is like hurry or its our fault ..its just really annoying i have to step out if i need to use Internet to make sure of things on their app

They have good deals but sometimes they don’t even take down the expired coupons. I bought some mountain dews to drink for work and I realized they were expired and I have been drinking expired Mountain Dew this whole time and I was upset. I went to check the fridge where I got the Mountain Dew’s and they were all expired and still selling them. Obviously I went up to this employee and told him about the problem and he took it down but he acted unprofessional when I told him about the problem, he laughed thinking I was joking. My brother bought some Doritos and they were expired and just today my mom bought some meat from this DG Market and it was expired unacceptable. Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures but I will start taking pictures to show proof, I’m after you DG Market.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The shelves are beautifully stocked and organized. Such a full variety of items, and prices are reasonable.

They have poor customer service, I have been to this store only two time! The first time I wanted in the self check out for 20 mins for them to get over to the self check out to fix the receipt machines so I can finish checking out mind you there was two employees working! And then today lost prevention followed me and my daughter in the store the entire time we were in there! It was pretty obvious who she was like come on now how you are you going to follow me around and only have a bow in your hand the entire time! And I walk back in the store you are acting like you are checking out! But never come out the store 🤔. Trust and believe I paid for everything I had 32 dollars. I will not be back over there to this store again Family Dollar will have my business from here on out if they don’t have it HEB or Poco Loco will.

I also asked Nicole for help but she yelled for someone else to come help me (the other employee that helped they were so helpful). She also had an attitude, Nicole seems to have lazy work ethic and she is extremely rude.

The customer service here sucks especially the manager Nicole.
Witnessed her being rude to other employees in front of customers.
When customer asked for help she yelled across the store for another employee to help the customer.
Every other employee was great and delighted to help with any questions I had.
