The rates are very reasonable, and the Security is Second to none. There are many ways to make payments on a monthly basis for the customers convenience.

“This facility is very maintained. I have had storages there for almost two years and the place always looks immaculate. We have piece of mind that our belongings will be kept safe at all times.
There’s so many other storage facilities in the kyle/Buda area but I will continue to this use and recommend this location because of the manager Frank. He has been excellent to work with and he has gone above and beyond to help us out when needed.
So my overall review is 5 stars because of the cleanliness and accessibility of the facility but most of all the customer service that we have received from Frank.

“I had up to three storage units at BS&P! I had two of them for probably over 20 years. I was fortunate to have two side by side, both 10X15. I chose the right place. No regrets at all. If the doors would not open or close right, I called once, and they would get it repaired for me. If the key did not work, they would help me and even change the lock for me. I did clear out of the third unit and stayed with my “two car garage”. I highly recommend BS&P. As a single woman, many times, I worked in my units. Security was there so I felt safe. I did not need to look over my shoulder to see if anyone approached my units. BS&P was my storage family for many years and I hope you will trust them with your valuables like I did for many years.”

“Initially my experience with this particular location was typical. It was clean enough. Organized enough. Maintained well enough. In fact, there wasn’t anything about it that was even remotely memorable. Until one day I had an issue, went to the desk and met Latrice. This woman is a marvel. She was friendly, funny, concerned, attentive and efficient. She handled my issue quick as a cricket and sent me on my way smiling.
