Extremely dissatisfied! Worst customer service ever encountered, site manager took forever to answer a phone call and after he answered he literally told me to call another number that never answered. Spent around 6 hours trying to reach someone in total. Misleading online advertisement about paying online and you would be granted an access code so that you don't need to stop and sign anything once you get to the site, well, as soon as payment went through I receive a message that I would need to stop by the office and receive that access code.. Not good for business, surely I will never be using any of their sites or any affiliated business to Storage King

Great place to have a storage. Manager Jose is always helpful and respectful. I recommend this place, very affordable and clean.

We came looking for help and advice for storing our vehicles and personal items.
José was super helpful and informative.
He walked the grounds with us to make sure the space we were interested in would actually serve us well.
He also gave us tips and hints about storage that was super helpful!

I’ve stored for about 12 years due to this or that. This is a solid location. The place was exceptionally easy in its process. From the phone call to everything. Shout out to Jose for the work he does at the place, it truly shows in the presentation and handling of customers, his knowledge is deep about all the workings to help you out.

On a short notice I contacted Jose the Manager for a Storage for my 4door 1964 Bel Air until I get a car Cover , I had actually rented a storage room in Kyle ,Tx & the Manager said he had a facility a little closer & I agreed & the same day my car was in the Neilderwald location 👍🏽.
