This WOW car was is a joke. I have been going to the Rancho location for over a year and have had mutiple poblems with the unlimied service with 2 cars and have had to change stickers twice and now they said they needed to change them after I found that they charged me twice on my credit card. I am so done with these guys. I would watch out for double charges and their unwillingness to do anything but say I'm sorry and won't do anything to resolve the problems.

No notifications for closing early on the 11th drove from another location to.find out they were closed too. Wasted time and money for a party.

Horrible service . They have complete morons running this location . A so called manager who is absolutely clueless and an attendant who is also worthless. I will no longer come to this Carwash . Tried sparkle car war way bettter and ran by professionals

Full disclosure, I rarely wash my car. Yikes, I know. But every so often I'll spill something inside or notice how dusty the exterior is, and head here, mostly because it's close to home. You can make a fun time of this chore by stopping for a coffee next door at Dutch before getting started. Yes, I do bribe myself.Wash varieties are... interesting. I go for the basic $7 wash, as spending $15 and $17 for a drive-thru is overpriced to me. I honestly don't notice a difference when I have used the higher priced choices and low key think it's a scam. They used to give out free microfiber cloths but now those are a $3 charge(!!!). On my most recent visit, they were handing out dashboard wipes and air fresheners (though the menu says they now charge $1). Thankfully, the vacuums are free and that's a major reason I come here - they are strong, always work, the spaces are large enough so I'm not hitting the car next to me, and the hoses are long enough to reach around.They have monthly packages available for $20 for those of you who are obsessive about washing your car, AKA not me.

Felt like we were super close to the vehicle in front of us. I also wished that the middle grade membership also provided air fresheners. This location didn't have great drying at the end like other WOW locations have. The soap was super pretty here though.

Why go anywhere else. When it comes to Carwash , nothing can beat WOW ! And they have huge self serve vacuum stations too. It's free.

i just left the wow car wash on craig / rancho and i am very dissatisfied with the quality of my car wash. i purchased the basic wash for $7 and after exiting the wash to use their complimentary vacuums, i noticed that the hood and roof of my car was not cleaned at all. it looked exactly the same as before i went into the wash, which is weird considering they use soap and water. in the photo attached, you can clearly see the the dirty car still in the parking lot of the car wash. $7 isn't enough money for me to complain to an employee who doesn't make enough money to listen to me, but be warned if you have a similar car shape to mine your car might come out of this car wash looking the same as when it went in. this is the second time this has happened. the first time i figured that someone with an extra dirty car went through before me, and i decided to give them a second chance. i will not be returning to this car wash or any wow branded car wash in the future.

My go-to car wash that does hand washing was closed due to rain so I decided to try Wow Carwash as an emergency option. The young Hispanic lady who greeted me at the pay machine was friendly and I selected the most expensive option which cost 19.00 and came with a microfiber cloth for two dollars more. The car wash also came with an air freshener. My car came out clean and I liked that vacuuming came with the package. I would definitely return to Wow Carwash when I want an inexpensive option that makes my vehicle sparkle again.

I have tried this place over 20 times, and I keep going back. It is fast. My truck gets clean for under $10 bucks. I used to pay $3 when they were first opened. Prices when up but they are still worth it. Good car wash for us locals. I noticed the locations all over the valley now. Good for Las Vegas. Prices are affordable.

This is my go-to car wash, but mainly because it's next to Dutch Bros haha. There's always an employee outside to help you with your payment. Not sure if I'm just THAT short, but I can never reach the touch screen to select my carwash. I always end up opening the door. On my last visit, I kept an eye on a spot of bird p*** on my windshield, haha. Unfortunately, the wash didn't take it off. They do offer a 4 day rain check, and care about your satisfaction. I just didn't care enough or have the time to address the issue. BTW- their air fresheners come in one scent. It's either "clean" or "new car", I can't tell. Still, I love it. Nothing beats a fresh wash and the smell of their signature air freshener. The best part of this carwash are their free vacuums. This location seems fairly new, and their vacuums are THE SHIZ. Great suction for a great clean. Bonus points because I see employees emptying the trash cans regularly too. They're never overflowing.
