Never again, I checked in 8 am, load not ready till 5 pm, it was Friday, than I have to wait till Monday to load, end up drive back empty to Detroit!!! Never again!!!

👎👎VERY SLOW Loading AND GOT MY AIRCHUTE RIPPED OFF. & no one is taking responsibility. TAKE PICS BEFORE BACKING TO DOOR, to avoid any kind of situation…😡

Loading time is 15-20 min, if you are overweight then it will take around 3h. Btw blue scale is not accurate (show 500-600lbs less). Overall had good experience.
