Never again, I checked in 8 am, load not ready till 5 pm, it was Friday, than I have to wait till Monday to load, end up drive back empty to Detroit!!! Never again!!!

I was on the download here. There is room to turn around. There is a parking space opposite if you are in line. I arrived and went into the office, they immediately gave me the door, processed the trailer and immediately started loading it. Loaded quickly in 20-30 minutes. Opposite there are scales. There is no overnight parking. Bio toilet in the parking lot.

Loading time is 15-20 min, if you are overweight then it will take around 3h. Btw blue scale is not accurate (show 500-600lbs less). Overall had good experience.

Don’t come here. Wasting all day here. Check in 8:30am. Got dock 5 pm. Fresh chicken Loading take sooo long to loaded the truck. Check out 11:30pm.

Bad attention to the drivers in appearance, there is no waiting room, there are no toilets, if you ask about the toilets they tell you that there is a portable toilet in the parking lot, but I think that toilet has never been cleaned, there is human excrement even on the floor. This is inhumane to wait 10 hours for a charge, and that they don't have a toilet suitable for humans this is disgusting

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company does not respect the drivers and very bad attitude with the office lady. If she doesn't like coming to work, she should stay at home. Worst experience ever! They took 10 hours to loading, very bad experience. Definitely the last ???❌

This corrupt HR employee Angela was so disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude when I was employed there blows my mind had missed work for medical issues even having proof was let go because of that which is ridiculous, the point of Human Resources is to help keep people employed but all they care about and now focusing on is keeping companies out of trouble, so who over sees them ?! Where’s the accountability for there actions, this company is a joke safety department as well they play favorites, they don’t do there jobs thoroughly i saw so many safety hazards and violations it’s crazy osha needs to investigate this place and I will take furture legal action
