They did away with the old app and the new one is so trash. Can't track your money real time, need to 1-2 days for it to populate old transactions. They also stripped some of there benefits just to start gouging their customers like big banks. There not good enough to be doing that.

I have to say that I am quite disappointed in the management of this branch. I have witnessed teller divulging sensitive information to non-account holders. When the issue was brought to management attention it was written off as heresy. I understand that it's a small town and gossip is inevitable, but I believe a bank should maintain a certain level of professionalism not to mention the multiple rumors about its employees and customers. This is in regard to the Bank in La Vernia Tx. Let's do better for our small town
