If I could give this place zero stars I would.
My car broke down Sunday night, I’m a single mom and I had both my kids with me. I live an hour and 15 minutes from the store, as I live in Sherman Texas.
I was told if I left it, it wouldn’t be towed. I called today. (Tuesday) to let them know I’d be there today to get it towed to my house, and the manager had already had it towed. So not only do I have to pay for my car part, for it to be fixed , I have to pay for the tow. (After I was told it would be fine to sit until I got someone to come get it)
It wasn’t there a whole day before the manager had it towed. It’s very discouraging as a single mom who’s trying to get on her feet.

On May 14, 2024, we had been traveling hundreds of miles on an RV vacation with no problems. This day, we stopped 3 times filling up from 1/4 tank to full tank each time. This station was our 4th fill-up of the day, and again, we filled our tank from 1/4 tank to full from pump #6 at 5:03 PM. We then drove 66 miles to Sherman TX for an overnight. We unhooked from our 5th wheel, and drove 3 more miles, and then got a warning that we had "water in fuel filter." We stopped and drained the filter of (150 ml of water or 5oz), and the warning light went out. The next day, we drove 5 miles and received another warning for "water in the fuel." We stopped and drained the filter again (same amount, again). We tried to call the station to let them know about our situation and learned that the station has no phone contact information. We then contacted Valero headquarters and was told that the station is a franchise, and they have no contact information for that station, and the only thing that we could do is file a complaint. So we did so. We had to have the truck towed to a diesel repair shop to preclude the possibility of getting water further into the fuel system, which could cause extensive and very expensive damage to the truck. PS one more thing, there was someone powerwashing around the fuel pumps on this day.
