Amy is the account manager, and anytime I email with any concerns, she responds with a follow-up phone call fairly quickly. This week has been a busy one for me, so I've emailed several times asking her to call me and have missed her calls each time because I've had other things going on. I emailed for like the 4th time last night requesting she call me again, and when she called this morning and we were finally able to discuss my account, she was still so polite and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend 10 Federal Storage to anyone!

Friendly customer service & the 24hr gate access w/o additional charges is convenient, however, my attempts to close out my account with customer service before any final charges accrued, was ignored. Some way or another, they ensure that you WILL pay final fees!

10 Federal Storage is a top notch storage company. They communicate clearly via text and easily reachable to a live customer service agent. As a member of the military forces, it is very comforting to know that this is a superb company and my stuff is secure.

10 x 10 climate controlled is more like 7 x 7.
Closed out my unit on the 30th through the portal. Was billed the next day for following month. Customer service is non existent.

These "people" raise your rent every month pretty much. Total bait and switch. They also changed my lock without giving me a new code and I was forced to cut it off, and pay for a.lock to replace it with out of pocket. Charge a huge amount of money and can't even pay an on site employee. Do not do business with these greedy, dishonest shysters.

Everything was quite Acceptable. My only problem was. I ordered a 10 / 20 unit and this unit was maybe 6 feet wide. Unfortunately, I moved in on the holiday, so I could not contact the office.
About Is the size of the unit. So I was forced to cancel the unit and obtain a different one.

10 Federal Storage is a great place to store your personal belongings. It's a very large place and you can store just about anything and not have to pay an arm and a leg to do so.
