I recently had an issue with my Kubota L3301 tractor where the parked regeneration wouldn’t engage—the right indicator light on the left side of the steering wheel stayed off, preventing the process. I trailered it to the Kubota dealer in Normangee, TX, and Maintenance Manager John Glover quickly diagnosed the problem: a stick lodged in the throttle cable was causing the engine to idle too high, even at the lowest setting.
John fixed it on the spot by removing the stick, allowing the regen to complete right there on the trailer. He didn’t charge a dime and handled everything with expertise and kindness. I felt relieved and grateful, despite overlooking the simple fault myself.
I highly recommend John Glover and the team at Kubota in Normangee, TX—they’re honest, competent, and genuinely nice people for all your tractor needs

Great parts department, use them all the time. Purchased a land pride cutter in 2020 and have been happy with it. They always have the parts in stock when I break it.

We had Normangee Tractor rebuild a hydraulic cylinder off of a hay cutter and in the process of the rebuild, they damaged the piston rod and refused to make it right with us. We are long time customers and this is the first issue we’ve had with them and we’re surprised they refused to make it right with us.

In 2022 I paid $765 for old Normangee Tractor to come service my Tractor 67 miles away.
This year New Management charged over $1600.00!!! Must be getting rich in Washington County!!
Gonna have to find a new service company.
