This is a very bad stop. If you are looking for a clean restroom, you will not be able to use there facilities. Penny, there is a Bucky's close by at the next exit, which is a better place to stop the store is so so When does it comes to being clean? Half of the pump's work, half of the gas pumps don't work.

I usually stop here on the way to Houston or College Station.Since I was here last, they've started playing ads on the small screens at each pump while you're filling up.Along with this, the pumps run MUCH slower than they used to, seemingly to force me to watch more ads while I fill up.I absolutely refuse to support companies that use tactics like this to eek a bit extra money out of me. Hope that 3 cents in extra ad revenue was worth the $30 in gas that I chose not to buy.If you're heading south, the Buckeys in Maddisonville is a much better choice and doesn't play advertisements while you fill up your car.

Really nice place! Staff was always nice to talk too. Washer and dryer at a good price just a dollar each. Showers were clean. Good parking stop for truckers like my self. I stop 3 times this week for my 10 hrs off and my 36 hrs reset. Will definitely stop here anytime. 5 ? over all.

Nasty bathroom I have ever stepped foot in. Not sure if it’s ever been cleaned since the day they opened. Must be in county bc there’s no way a city health dept would let this place stay open!

No prices on snacks. I refuse to buy anything if you can't advertise your price. Also, water faucet barely works in bathroom.

I was very impressed with this place. I had a car accident on I-45, near this place. Was able to make it to this Shell Station/Arby's restaurant. Sam, the manager, allowed me to stay inside (with A/C) WITH my dog - while we waited for the tow truck. Everyone was beyond nice and appreciative. Thanks for the wonderful customer service

Give them a 2 because bathrooms were clean. No prices on anything so you knew it was way over priced. Even gas was more here.

Four star rating for the variety of items we were looking for and the appearance of pretty clean. Quite a few travel accessories, travel pillows, movies, chargers, etc. + Two star rating for bathrooms that probably saw lots of interstate traffic, patrons whom don't really respect other's property anyway. Women's restroom was not terrible but the faucet. I guess it's my fault for being a germaphobe but it was not automatic so you have to touch the faucet that dirty hands turn on to turn it off. And there are automatic dryers (new ones) so no paper towels to turn water off with. So I left feeling I had someone else's butt germs on my hands. :( = 3 star rating. Bonus - there's an Arby's on-site.

Something rose, and it wasn't all Yellow. But that's another story for another time. On I-45 on the west side, heading down from Dallas to Houston, an upgrade of a journey you might say. This is known amongst ourselves as the truck stop where I got the Mexican Coke, and it's pretty cool. There are lots of good drink choices, but the Arby's is not 24 hours which was annoying because I actually wanted Arby's for once in my life. OK for once in my adult life.
