I wouldn’t give them any star. Their customer service was horrible. I asked questions and every response had eyes rolling back. Not to mention I’m not on the clock. I asked specific questions regarding sound equipment and she walks off the sale. DON’T DO IT! Take your services elsewhere.

I love them. They was awesome. I would recommend them to everyone. They was a big help when I had to return my mattress. I can’t even explain how grateful I am for them. They really was a big help. And tried really hard to help me keep them. I’m eternally grateful. Thanks Aaron’s!!!!!

Went to the new location here in N Richland Hills. I rented a TV, with the extra warranty. I confirmed that my first payment would not go through until the 18th when I got paid again. All other payments were set for the 16th of each month. Today, the 14th, I received a notice that they took my payment. The very first payment and this location is already screwing up. Not a good look if you want to keep customers.

I have mixed reviews about this place but for the most part it was great. The employees have always been nice and I have had a few problems in the almost year I have been dealing with them but all in all ot has been a pleasant experience

We just recently got a mattress and a ps5 and they are supposed to take out our payments on the 4 th Saturday of each month and two days before our payment is due they are calling harassing us and showing up to our house . Which we don’t understand. This is bad customer service and this way they will lose customers. Just unbelievable!!!!

I did a one star because I ordered a washer that was supposed to be delivered today. I called earlier they assured me I was in the schedule that they would call 30 minutes before they arrived. Now 5 pm still no call so I call again. Lady answered the phone said she would check on it and call me back. 5:45 still no I call back again and she says she dropped the ball I was never on the schedule today.

I called in to get any information I could about my order. I spoke toBrianna who told me she could not give me any information about my purchase. Brianna also stated I should have come into the store and not order online. I feel like I was treated badly due to me purchasing online with the promotion code. She doesn't know my reasoning in not coming to the store to purchase. Either way I am still currently a customer at their location. It has been 5 days and she would not look up my information or provide a number to check on my order. She was very rude and unhelpful. I wish I never ordered from this store location.

Would not accept my return said it was destroyed when it wasn’t it would simply need to be cleaned and tried to charge me $4000 for a couch they were selling in store for the cash price of $1000. Watch out . Clean it before returning or they will try to say you destroyed it lol

I got a fridge and a washer and dryer have always made my payments this last week it did not go throw they called I immediately took care of it went through the guy was super nice. Come Monday they are calling saying I didn't pay they have no record I ever paid. They were very rude and said I needed to provide proof like I was a lair. I emailed proof they said it was pending. they refuse to do any research on there end and are calling me multiple times a day insinuating I'm a lair. Beyond upset this is not how people do business. I will never buy anything from them again and run if you are thinking about using them.

Ive been renting from here for almost 2years and just yesterday they tryed to charge me more money because they said my payment didnt go thru well theres no way,i keep money on my card at all times.ive never ever had to deal with this at Rent a Center and will be going there as of the first of the year get it together AARONS.

I just left there everyone was amazing I got a great deal on all 3 things I got very detailed on all thank you everyone for excellent level of customer service and being so kind and patient with me
