Unfortunately, I didn't get the girl's name working at 2:30 today, but I've never run across a more disinterested, less helpful salesperson. Will be cancelling service as soon as I can.

All the cell phone carriers forget existing customers and have promotions ONLY for new customers.Not sustainable when you focus on new over your loyal base.Switched to T-Mobile because of it.They all have good coverage.Now paying a lot less.Can’t switch internet yet, they have a monopoly for my neighborhood.

Mansoor (The Manager) was amazing he went all out his way to ensure that I was assisted promptly, fully, and most of all that I kept my service with AT&T he didn't just look at me as a sale inside the store but as a customer who was needing assistance and help! Mansoor fully resolved every problem I had! and because of that I know I made the right choice on choosing AT&T as my new carrier and leaving Tmobile after 6 years. Now I'm on a new journey with AT&T thank you for your service Mansoor! May God Bless you and your family!

Gave me two unopened phones for myself to put together. had to cut the sim card down and pick a slot and pray. [there were 3]. My daughter broke hers within 2 weeks, they wont take the broken phone, the store is not hooked up with att. I mail the old phone in and its been sitting with fedex for 2 weeks, bc the store couldnt manage to mail it back to their own tech company. Id get service somewhere else. Cant wait for my hidden fee since yall are useless. Once my contract is up with these guys I AM OUTTTTTT

Outstanding ...outstanding customer service. The Branch Manager went above and beyond to ensure I acquired service last night. Very very patient - understood my needs. He provided me with 3 new wireless devices - IPhone 14 Pro Max (2) and Pro Plus (1). Wholeheartedly SATISFIED with the Rufe Snow Branch. Prior to going into to Rufe Snow TX branch, I spent so much time on the phone trying to get service via telephone/customer service and both days after the order was placed it got cancelled the next day. So grateful I walked in because The Manager ensured I left his branch with wireless service. Love the IPhones. Thank you so much.If you want outstanding service, head onto the Rufe Snow TX branch ?☺️

The reps were not very knowledgeable about anything Samsung. I have a galaxy and wanted a watch. They did not know the difference between the 4 and the 5 watch. Their response was that I am an apple person, so I don't know anything about the galaxy watches, but they could sell me one. How could you sell me something if you don't know anything about it?

Went in to switch my 2 lines to another account, evidently employee had no idea what he was doing. When got home phone did not have service unless on WiFi. Then proceeded to have to call ATT customer service 5 times to get resolved. 3 of those calls to non-understandable semi english speaking reps. When asked to transfer me to someone I could communicate with I was put on hold for 44 min until I hung up and called back.Worst customer service ever experienced and that says a lot with how bad customer service is everywhere you go today.Would never recommend ATT to anyone EVER!!
