I went to the store to return my trade in and to check on something with my account. Everyone was helpful but Chasity was outstanding. She noticed I was a Marine vet and acknowledged my service and thanked me. Although I don't expect it, it's very much appreciated when someone takes the time to pay attention to details. While I was in the store, numerous other customers and reps had questions and concerns that needed her assistance, and she managed her time efficiently and effectively so that everyone got the right attention and their needs taken care of. Outstanding Chasity! Thank you for a great experience.

We've been doing business at this store for a few years now and we were really happy to learn Chasity had been promoted. We appreciate how she is always friendly and in a positive mood. We also appreciate her ability to resolve issues quickly and she's always willing to help where she can. Plus this store always has a lot of inventory, at least during our visits. We highly recommend this location!

My wife and I did not have a very good experience at this store… She went to get a screen saver put on her iPad, and was told by an employee that the only person who could do that was the general manager…who was not there yesterday, but would be there today. I came back the next day, and met the general manager, Justin, and he told me that the policy at the store was that they never put on a screen saver that they did not sell in that store. I said, is that your policy or the policy of the general manager, and he said it’s the policy of the general manager. I ask for the general managers, phone number , and he said I can’t give that to you. He was very polite but firm so, I just want you to know that if you shop in the store, they are willing to help you with products that they sell in the store, but not with anything that you purchase outside the store. Very disappointing to me as I have been an AT&T customer with my cell phone, iPhones, and iPads, for sometime now…

Very similar to other reviews where the store didn't disclose some of what was added to the account. We went in to port in 4 lines. There were several inconsistencies: 1) My wife was added to the more expensive firstnet line (only a $5 delta, but still). 2) Same line, had the $6 upgrade your phone a year early fee added. 3) Then we had insurance added to our plan ($40ish a month) without our consent. 3) The activation fees were also not waived as we were told they would be. ($35/line). Please save yourself a host of problems and go to the corporate AT&T store on Melbourne near the mall and see Keith.

I’ve been customer with AT&T for almost 12 years now!! I gotta say the service is amazing, especially where I work in the country because I’m a delivery driver and trust me it helps a lot!! Now the 611 customer service it’s definitely a nightmare!!! It’s so bad I’ve thought about leaving AT&T, until I met Chasity at my local ATT store in North Richland Hills, TX!! Me and my Family have know her for a few years now and I’ve never in my life met someone who not only does her job with the up most respect and beyond, she actually makes you feel like your family!! Nowadays corporations don’t care about us little guys, but when it comes Chasity … she has a heart of Gold!! The AT&T store should be blessed to have her and I’ve always told her if she was to leave that location lol that me and the family would follow her anywhere she goes, because we will ever find service as good as she delivers!! From myself and my family … Thanks Chasity for all you do and once again today for taking the time to help me with my silly account once again!! God Bless and Well see ya again soon!! Thanks ???

Do not use this ATT store!!! They will scam you and add all sorts of extra features to your account without your authorization. This was confirmed by ATT customer service after my bill shot up and my account was no longer setup for auto pay. If you need help don't go here, just call 611 and save yourself a bunch of money and frustration.

Chasity McBratney was outstanding! Would leave 10 stars if I could. Had a few minor issues in setting up newly purchased phones for myself and my son. This required a couple trips to the store. Ms. McBratney was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and polite throughout the process. When it’s time to purchase again, will be back to her store for her specifically.

I had trouble after switching to AT&T through a Target store. Chasity was so helpful and professional. Even though I had issues with the initial switch over, her customer service made me happy I switched. I have never dealt with anyone in a cellular store with such stellar customer service. If you are looking to switch providers, visit this store and specifically ask for Chasity. You will walk away completely satisfied.

Store experience was fine. It took a while to figure out the issue but I got most (not all of it) resolved. I’m really not impressed with the lack of good customer service. I tried to get help on the phone but because they entered the incorrect information, I had to be inconvenienced and come into a store to get any help. Just ridiculous, not impressed at all.

I truly hate going to the stores due to wait times. I had an issue with my iPhone that I needed taken care of ASAPA young lady whose name I believe was Chasity M was quick to come to my rescue and got me in and out of there so fast! I’ll definitely be coming back when I need to upgrade my family lines!! Good customer service is hard to find these days

I came into the store looking for a new charger. Chasity M was the first to greet me and very attentive to my needs. She exemplified how customer service should be and was very knowledgeable about my device. I would recommend a promotion for her asap as good hardworking employees are hard to find and keep in this economy. Thank you Chasity you're awesome!!!!!!!

What can I say about Ms. Chasity McBratney!? Well I followed her from sprint so that should tell you a lot. I send everyone I know her way for many reasons. The biggest is she cares about her customers and she goes above and beyond to make your experience as stress free,easy and quick as possible. As long as she's with AT&T I will be too. It's so rare these days to have such outstanding customer service and as a business owner I definitely recognize it. I'd give anything to have just one Chasity! -Brody W.
