I was looking for a national bank, because it was too difficult to move my money across states with my local one. A friend told me about BofA, and I've been with them for 3 years. They have a lot of different options for investments. They also provide Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) with low interest rates. Easy processes. However, if you go inside, there aren't many people working...service is very slow. Maybe they work from home...?

Very disappointed with BOA in North Richland Hills on David Road. I have had a business account with them for 10 plus years. My wife name is on the account and I am a signer on the account. I was told that I could not cash a business check it has to be disposited first and then I can withdraw from the account. This made no since to me. However time I go to this location I always have issues. They are now sit up like an office it does not look like a bank on the inside. They changed there business hours to 10am to 4pm which is not very business friendly. They are not a very business friendly bank they will give you a business credit card with 28% intrest but they want give you a business loan because they dont make as much on it. I will be talking with my wife and we will be moving our account away from BOA. I told the lady that waited on me and she said go right head they did not value me and I am sure they do not value any of there customer just the money.

I will go elsewhere to bank after 20+ years of banking here. The lack of concern to keep business is sad. Was basically called a liar today while inside the bank doing business. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be moving my money to another bank. Refuse to be treated like that.

The decline in the level of customer service at banks in general is quite alarming but the decline in the local Bank of America branches is hard to believe. There are three BOAs in the general area and each opens and closes with no particular schedule and for no apparent reason. This afternoon, I needed personal banking and found the doors locked. I then went through the drive-through only to be advised that the ATM “can’t dispose cash currently”. I then waited in line with other customers at the ATM outside of the bank - which sadly included some senior citizens who are not to familiar with the ATM process. Nice. All of this to say shame on you Bank of America. You should be embarrassed by the lack of service for the community you purportedly “service”.

This location is mostly closed all of the time. The hours they have posted are incorrect. I wouldn't even waste your time stopping by this branch because 9 out of 10 times they will be closed. Visit the Keller or Colleyville Branch and save yourself the aggravation.

Very disappointed with BOA in North Richland Hills. On numerous occasions when I've needed to withdraw money, they are closed during regular business hours. I called them to ask a banking question and no one picks up the phone. The system hangs up with no warning. The other day I stopped by and the bank was open but no teller service was available. Very disappointed, BOA truly provides no service. Time to find another bank.

Judy is in the wrong business she has the worst people skills. She will hardly make eye contact you and she acted like I was bothering her. This kind of interaction is why people hate big banks. Judy needs to retire and leave her poor attitude at home.

Walked in the Branch today and immediately Judy yelled from behind the counter to get on the red square and wait in line. Felt like a prison lineup.Nathan the manager quickly stepped up and saved the day.Time for Judy to retire or go work at Walmart.

Can’t believe they now close at 4:00 pm on Friday. Pathetic!! Guess they don’t care about customer service/convenience anymore. Drive thru no longer open either at this branch.

The bank inside is always shorthanded they usually just have 2 attendance to help you with a long line. The drive-through definitely needs to be re-opened it is so inconvenient not having a drive-through there is one ATM machine under the drive-through and one by the door of the bank. Usually cars are backed up to get to the one ATM machine they need to get another machine and get the drive-through back open or they will lose many customers I have been a customer with them since 1993. And the bank has really gone down in the past few years.

In a way, this review is as much about Bank of America in general as this specific branch. Bank of America continues to close branches and reduce hours. Recently they changed by typical branches (colleyville) hours to only be open 10-5 four days a week. They were busy every Saturday, but are now closed on Saturday. This was the closest open branch on Saturday and its line is 12+ deep. I can't give 1 star since the staff was diligently working and the line was moving. I would like to see more hours. If you are going to close a branch 3 or 4 days a week just close it.

The employees great me by name, and are efficient and helpful. This branch feels the way your local bank should.

It is 11:54 am on a Saturday morning. There are 13 people in line and only 2 cashiers. They clised the drive thru windos which forces you to cone into the buolding. Very poor decision on their part. They lack customer service. Plus a $15 fee for a cashier's check. I am switching banks

Some of the rudest employees I have ever seen! If you want them to talk about you after you leave make sure you go here!
