Employees and Supervisor onsite provided no assistance. In fact the supervisor never bothered to exit his office to assist me. The two clerks available in this small satellite office lacked any banking knowledge.

This branch lacks basic customer service skills from a few of the staffed Bank Tellers. And I had to visit this particular branch twice just to meet with a Branch Leader due to low staffing, amongst other things, which was very inconvenient for my circumstance. Secondly, upon arrival for my appointment today w/a Branch Leader (second visit), I was greeted by a blatantly RUDE employee (Erica) about how I should ring the doorbell to have someone let me inside the bank instead of pulling on the bank's doors. Erica's attitude and demeanor were flat out DISGUSTING. It took every ounce of self control to not stoop to her level of disrespect. This interaction showed me that Erica is WAY TOO COMFORTABLE mistreating (talking at) potential customers/strangers. FYI: Common courtesy is NOT common these days and I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you prefer to be treated with DIGNITY & RESPECT.

I don't understand the negative reviews. This bank (Ryan) has gone above and beyond for me. So much better than BOA. I will totally be recommending them!!

I purchased a new car 4 months ago and they recommended this bank. The doors are always locked and you have to ring a bell and wait for them to open the door. I gave the teller a statement and told her I wanted to make a payment towards the principal because I have paid up in the past and don't have a monthly bill due for 3 or 4 months. She looked at the statement and wanted to know if I wanted to pay $2500 plus the $800 I wanted to pay today. I had to show her that that $2500 was what I had paid in the last 4 months on this note not how much was due. After I gave her my card she came back with a little cash register receipt and said she could not print me a statement showing what the balance was & the payment that I paid today because their system was not set up to do that. Then she informed me That my bank would charge me a fee because this ran through as a cash advance. The whole process today was very disheartening and frightening on how things happen there. By the way, she told me to just go to my other bank & get cash next time. ?

I was with this bank since it was Citi. I stayed with them through transitions, BB&T, and Truist. They have now lost my business. A business relationship, built over more than a decade, was destroyed in less than a year. Since Truist came to fruition, I only had a working bank card for a couple of months this year. MULTIPLE attempts were made to get cards, but they never show up. They went from being my primary account, to being an account that I had to Zelle money to other accounts at other banks, to now... no interest in ever doing any business with Truist ever again.

Tried to make a simple credit card payment at 11:35am. Three female associates were sitting at a desk inside this location, and all three were unable to take my credit card payment “until 45 minutes or so”Truist off to a great start! Experience here was complete with ominous weather. Stay away from this business and these people.

The rating shouldn’t even be 1-star. This morning was my second time visiting this branch although I’m not an account holder with Truist. I went in this morning with an “official check” from Truist that was made out to me and requested to cash the check, but was told they’d have to order the money and I’d have to wait 48 hours, which I did not and should not have to do especially since the check is certified funds from their institution. I then asked if I can open a business account with them using the certified check and I was immediately met with a flurry of rebuttals and statements to discourage me from opening the account such as “it’s going to take an hour to open the account”.Then, once I decided in my head to cancel all of my appointments for the rest of the day so I can open a business account with them, I was then told the person who opens business accounts “doesn’t have time to open an account for me and I need to come back or make an appointment”, although I was literally the only customer in the bank. How does a customer walk into a bank a little over an hour after they just opened, request to open a business account, and told “they don’t have time to open a business account for me?”Laura Rodriguez and her manager who she felt the need to leave me sitting at her desk at least (3) times and go speak to him so he could get a play by play on the business I was trying to conduct are extremely unprofessional, incompetent, severely lack people skills, disrespectful, offensive, and definitely shouldn’t be bankers. Hey Laura and manager, yes, it’s an HONEST check and I now have access to the funds no thanks to neither of you who failed to represent Truist in a positive manner.

I used to love this bank. When Juan was branch Manager, and the bank was smaller, business was going smoother, and there was top notch customer service. Ever since BB&T became Truist, I’m sad to experience horrible customer service nowadays. Get your act together! I left Chase and brought my business to BB&T. I can do the same and migrate to a smaller bank again. Business is not getting any better there. Sorry.

This branch location is the absolute worse or the banker that assisted me was. I have been banking with BB&T for years along with everyone in my family. When I encountered fraudulent activity on my account I expected the banker to have empathy and urgency to assist me. However, it was the opposite. She kept asking me “is there anything else” as she was eager to get me out of her seat without making sure all of my issues were resolved. Please coach her on this! As After this experience I will be looking to move my account along with my family members. 24hr banking is even worse! Please provide better training in customer service as it is completely lacking with this bank.

I have banked with BB&T at this branch for 7 years now. The new staff that's been put in place over the past six months has been absolutely terrible. Every interaction I have had with the new tellers has left me with the feeling that I somehow inconvenienced them for being a customer. They couldn't be bothered with telling me about their available Savings Accounts, instead telling me that wasn't their job. I then found out I could open one on my own with their phone app, but they made no mention of that. I had to do the digging myself.
