I originally signed up under another owner. Blink has taken over and I moved further away and it was not convenient to go there any more. I have tried canceling via their online portal, and it always times out. Also, under their management, Blink has a buyout clause on a month to month membership. BEWARE

1 star because this is the biggest blink fitness in the area and they can’t even seem to provide hip thrust pads. I had to purchase my own and carry it around with me. Also there 2 leg extension machines and one is ALWAYS broken. It’s like they fix it temporarily and the coming week it’s broken again. It’s so disappointing to be completely honest. I’d rather drive to the Blink in Keller.

Facilities are good and kept clean. The management and employees are great. Very friendly and supportive of the members.

Worst place, they would give you misleading information just to sell you membership. The African American manager is as rude as they came… I have a few friends that attend the guys and they all have something to say about her. Stay away… it’s not worth her rudeness!!

Gym is alright, but hours absolutely suck. Always seems as though there is never anyone at the front desk to greet you. Employees seem like bored high schoolers, you could at least look busy. The manager is some mixed lady (only saying that bc I dont know her name )who maybe had good intentions but told my friend that she could sign up for only 1 dollar. My friend asked if she would take cash, and she responded with yes, we even take food stamps... like what is that supposed to mean? She was obviously not thinking when she said that. Watch your mouth, ma'am. Just for that alone, she is not signing up.

Good gym & enjoyed working out there. However they raised the fee once without notice. Then when I went to cancel (fee was going to increase again & husband was back on nights) they changed notice from 30 days to 45 days without telling me.

Staff always say hello and they seem to be cleaning all the time. During 9am -3pm best time to work out, not busy and you can get to the machines you want.

Poorly operated gym. I thought there problems were just COVID but they can barely keep the doors open and continually shorten operating hours. It's got adequate equipment for a neighborhood gym with few members so I give it 2 stars. But you barely get your moneys worth, even at $10/month (and even that's a scam, it's more) . If I thought they could do better I'd be glad to pay more. But the problem is the management.

Hours change for the worse constantly. Now suddenly there is no 800 number and the way to cancel membership does not exist. The hours work with almost no ones schedule.

It frustrates me that I, an 11 year old girl, can't workout! Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm weak and can't be buff. Little kids can workout too!

It’s very frustrated the hours have being changing and on top of that the days we have more time to go they close so early. Weekends days are more flexible for a lot of people. Now I don’t know what to expect on hours schedule.

Terrible business operation. We canceled my high school student's membership during pandemic. They continued to charge monthly fees against his debit card and would not cancel membership despite calls to location and headquarters. If you sign up, plan on it being years before you can resolve and they will still try to collect.

This place has so much potential to be great. Good location, just big enough, good equipment selection. So, why does nobody seem to like it? Here are my theories. 1. Staff. I've practically never seen the same person twice which means they have a turnover issue. When I do talk to someone, they don't know anything (like how to sign up for personal training, or even how to cancel, for example). The people seem nice, just indifferent and uninformed. I haven't experienced personal training myself, but I hear those folks aren't the greatest. 2. Equipment. There seems to be always a dozen or so machines with the "on the blink" (not working) signage. Sometimes for weeks at a time. At one time, I finally complained that 3 of the recumbent bikes were down, and one of the ones left was missing a pedal. 3. Facility. Usually smells like cleaning fluid, sometimes like the sewer. There's also no real locker room, just a bathroom with a dirty shower stall and a couple changing rooms. 4. Hours. They've been super inconsistent since we've been there. Hours have changed several times. They close way too early on the weekends to be useful.5. Cancellation policy. Yes, I signed it without reading the fine print properly. Now that I've cancelled, I had to pay 45 days worth of service upfront. They really stick it to you... even if you're not on a contract. Anyhow, we cancelled and went some that offers so, so much more for almost the same price. I don't think we'll be back.

Horrible management team there , they got me charged for a new month after I canceled my membership and literally I had to go to speak to one of the managers there in person to get me out of their system and not to be charged for another month, I was told I will get a refund for that month they charged me for no reason and without permission and I didn’t hear anything back from them or didn’t even got my money back, apparently they don’t know anything about customer service neither care to do their jobs right. Definitely I don’t recommend this gym and this location at all !
