“I took my truck here, after being in accident that damaged almost every qtr panel, because they seemed friendly over the phone, but mainly, because they were able to get it in quicker than any other collision shop. Actually, My truck should have probably been totaled, so there was a ton of work needed.The week prior, I placed my son’s car into another repair shop after his little accident. Five Star’s communication, availability, compassion, and attention to detail blew the other repair shop out of the water., My truck was out 2 weeks before my son’s car was ready.I can’t tell you how happy I was with Five Star! Took the car in for an estimate and we were very pleasantly surprised when we were told that the door could be fixed and the paint job on that front panel cleaned up while we waited for 15 minutes. We worked with Javier Jauregui.”

“Had the misfortune of a minor side swipe and other driver's insurance sent me to Caliber Collision in Keller, Tx. Was not really sure there was enough damage to warrant pulling the side panel off for a deeper inspection so I brought it by for a visual before scheduling a formal appointment. That's when Alex stepped in. Without hesitation, he took the car around back and buffed out the transfer paint from other car and then returned to show me the extent of the damage - just surface level - a bit of a deep scratch. Was super thankful for Alex taking the time to clean the transfer and help me understand what damage I had. Tried to thank him with a tip but he preferred me putting a good word in here. Will definitely go back to Caliber if we choose to do a repair. Thanks again Alex!!! Great Customer Service!!!”

“This companies quote was $300 less than Safelite. I was a little weary with a couple bad reviews but nothing that was a red flag, just someone saying that there business address is wrong but then they responded back and said no it's not and then some people saying they didn't do it during the original time window. I got my windshield replaced from them and the guy who came out on his truck had a different name on it, but i figured they subcontracted out. They also forgot to put my oil change sticker back on the window, but not a big deal. Also we talked about doing it on a friday but they were busy and rescheduled for saturday. It worked out for me because i got busy on friday. But other than that I saved $300 and the installation was flawless with the exact same OEM looking windshield that I previously had and the registration and Toll tag sticker were put on the new window very nice and neat with no indication that they were ever removed. I would definitely use them again. And I saved about half price on the window from what Safelite was charging.Service: Auto windshield replacement”

Bryan will come out to your location or shop with all his tools and everything he needs to get the job done. He will work with your insurance claims too. You can just call the number listed and Bryan will answer your questions. I recommend him and he has a special talent of fixing a windshield. I had a rock flipped up from a passing semi truck and pitted my windshield. It repaired it quickly. He's A Okay with me. I recommend him.”

“These guys are so knowledgeable! Just from looking at my hanging bumper, he was able to tell exactly how I was hit. I’m a lucky case, but he was able to 90% fix it by pulling my bumper some and hooking it back in place! Its still slightly loose when pushed, but no one could ever tell. He gave me a plan of action to get it 100% fixed if it bothered me enough. Even if he didn’t fix my car,,, I would have still given 5 stars for the excellent customer service!”

I genuinely thought that it would be a long drawn out month and a half process and I was a little skeptical when my salesman, Jim Haas from Hiley Acura on Beach Street gave me the recommendation to go to them.
