“I’ve been getting my oil changes done at Walmart because it’s practical and convenient. The appointment system makes scheduling easy, the service is usually faster than many other places, and the pricing is affordable — which is especially important for me as a Turo host managing multiple vehicles and operating on a schedule.
However, there is one important detail worth mentioning respectfully. On several occasions, the correct oil filter for my vehicle was not available at the time of my appointment. This requires leaving to purchase the filter from places like AutoZone or another auto parts store, and then returning — which results in lost time and can disrupt my schedule.
As someone who runs vehicles on Turo, time management is critical. When a vehicle is booked back-to-back, delays affect not only me but also my guests. Losing an appointment due to unavailable parts creates unnecessary pressure in an otherwise smooth process.
This is not shared as criticism, but as constructive feedback. Efficiency is not only about speed and pricing — it’s also about preparation and having essential parts ready when customers arrive for scheduled appointments.
I still appreciate the convenience and affordability Walmart offers, and I hope this small but important detail can be improved to make the service even more reliable for business owners like myself.”
