“Overall, they do a pretty good job. They're not great at estimating how long a service will take. I went in one time and I was told it would take an hour to service my vehicle and it took three. Another time I dropped my vehicle off and I was told it would take 3 - 6 hours and they were done in 2. But the staff is very polite and the workmanship is excellent.”

“I choose Service King for a repair to my car after a front bumper collision in May 2023. Repair done, good job, no complains. Found out in late October on a trip out of town my windshield washers were not working. My husband looked trying to find a leak or other problem before taking the car somewhere. Finally decided to take it to 5 Star Ford to see about fixing it. They told us it looked like a tubing issue not the motor itself. They also said it looked like the bumper had been replaced. They provided us a diagram of the tubing thru the bumper area. We deciding $700+ to fix the problem was not in our budget. We went back to the insurance company and of course the case was closed. We contacted Service King and Cody (manager) told us to bring it in and they would look at it. Cody found the problem and fixed it without any cost to us.I choose the location after having my previous vehicle fixed here following a rear bumper crash. I was also happy with the work they did then.I would have given them a 5 star, but they missed the tubing first time around. I would use them again. Pleasant staff.”

“There's a reason why it's called 5 star FORD!!! Chris, Reagan, and the entire team took absolutely phenomenal care of me and my electric pony and really went above and beyond. I was so scared when all of a sudden my Car wouldn't charge anymore. They assured me they will return it brand new and told me not to worry. Additionally, Chris set me up with another car ASAP and kept my vehicle for a week to ensure everything was properly functioning. He gave me daily updates and even asked for my permission to take my vehicle to the charging station I had the issues with. When I picked it up they also cleaned the interior and washed my pony. I felt so taken care of and beyond grateful I chose to work with Ford and Chris and his team!!! If you need a big car, choose Ford, if you want a fast car choose Ford, if you want an electric car choose Ford. If you want a BIG, FAST, and ELECTRIC car choose Ford!!!!!!”

“Did a good job. However there were a couple issues. When car was delivered there was some dirt on the driver’s seat but they cleaned it up for me. also, when we got the car home the passenger door would not open from the inside. They forgot to attach the cable for the door latch. I ended up fixing that myself. It was less hassle than taking it back in. But still, connecting back the door latch cable when putting the door panel back on should be a no brainer.”
