“Rented a 3/4 ton for 10 days to take our tv on vacation. Had a great experience with Brooke P. At check in. She chatted with me about what I was towing and made sure what I selected met my needs. While we were out the brand new truck (brand new for real, 13 miles when I picked it up) started having transmission issues. I talked to Brooke on the phone Thursday evening right before close, and Friday morning she was on the phone with me first thing coordinating details for dropping off a replacement truck. The disruption was minor thanks to Brooke and the team handling it so quick and taking care of getting the new unit to us 1.5 or so hours away. Thank you Brooke for taking care of us and to Eric for driving it to us and patiently working through our gate access issues. Y’all made a potentially stressful situation much much smoother. I’ll definitely reach out to your store should I need a truck again!”
“The team went above and beyond to take care of us. They were friendly, helpful and great to work with. They had the car we reserved and let us pick it up a bit early as well! This lot was busy and had a huge variety of very nice cars available and the team was 1st class. We are brand new to this area and rent cars frequently for work travel, this will undoubtedly be our go to location.”

“Not a bad experience, but just so everyone knows: If you return your vehicle and have any additional charges, they will refund your original money and then charge you the new amount without telling you they are doing that. This means that if you are someone who doesn't keep a big balance in your checking account (as no one should) there will suddenly be a big balance for scammers to target. I don't have a complaint about this location. They were great to deal with. I just have a problem with no one telling me about the billing practices that they had no idea would affect me. Great location and customer service.”

“We got stranded in Dallas over this awful winter storm Elliot, Southwest and every transportation company at the airport truly left us and thousands of people with no options to get home. A girl at another Avis location in Grand Prairie told us our Avis reservation somehow wasn’t available and basically told us to leave and figure it out somewhere else. She rudely sent us here to this location off 360 and the incredible man (who has worked for Avis for 38 years!) was our absolute hero and got us a car. We didn’t get his name but he was a wonderful gentleman who saw we were about to end up lost here over Christmas and helped us out. Thank you thank you thank you to the only kind and helpful person in all of Dallas today. ❤️”

“I needed a one way rental to pick up a car we bought about 200 miles away. Enterprise has offices in many convenient places. They had an office just minutes away from the home of the folks we were buying from so it worked out just right. Check in and returning the car were pretty quick. The car, a Toyota Camry, was just right for the trip. An easy experience and I will look to Enterprise the next time that I need to rent a car.”

“I've been a loyal customer of another car rental company for business trips. I came to Budget because the AARP discount made them so affordable. Ethan, who served me when I picked up and returned the rental was clearly knowledgeable and focused (I overheard him arranging a car for someone who'd had trouble with a competitor's rental and he was calm, efficient, and helpful). He switched from that serious focus to cheerful good humor with me. I felt that he was paying attention to me as well as the task at hand. And the car was great.”

“Overall great experience with this Hertz. To get my issue out of the way - the insurance couldn’t get a hold of them, and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for the better part of an hour and a half. Otherwise, confused on the lower reviews than this. Staff was friendly, put me in basically a souped up newest model version of the car I was already driving, and got me in and out quickly. Once team picked up the phone they worked promptly with insurance to straighten everything out. I just think people are less likely to leave a review on a service that goes “as expected.” In my experience there’s no reason to be turned away from here.”

“When they did not have a truck for me in stock Chad provided me with his card and ensured me he would follow up with me as soon as they had one in stock. He kept his word and called me as soon as one arrived. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, remained polite and made it a point to make eye contact when I was not the happiest (at first)
This is grade A customer service and this gentleman is a great representation of the company and should be recognized!”
