Vacuums are free but due to me being pregnant I opted for them to do that service and was even impressed by the atmosphere of the waiting room. You can tell they are thinking about the customer. “I’ve used this car for the last couple of years for both of cars. I live in Arlington and make the commute at least once a month because I love the staff and how they clean my cars. I got my vehicle hand washed on a Friday it rained on Saturday and I came in on Sunday for a wash and the lady at the counter said my hand washed is not cover if it rains. Like how? Hand washed is 50 dollars. There was no rain in forecast and somehow it rained. She said her system doesn’t prompt a free wash of it rains. Maybe tgey can add this for the future. Would hate to have tp look for a different car wash cause they dont honor free wash on hand washed if it rains.”
