Don't waste your time coming to this location. In particular, Mr. Blake Mistler provides horrible service. You'll save time and frustration by going to a different Chase location or bank that focuses on helping customers.

Not a good customer serviceWhat employers of the bank can't do we already know!What better employees can do is- the extra mile and show a little bit understanding.Will never come back to chace banks.Can't believe I almost opened an account!I don't want to write any name but when the bank is empty better to do the best for one customer than doing nothing to no customers at all!

These guys and gals are on the ball! Great customer service and know exactly what they are doing!! I will drive 45 minutes to continue to bank with them. Manda was a dream, friendly and efficient. Even followed up with me afterwards. Couldn’t appreciate her more!!

This is the WORST run branch of Chase Bank I have ever tried doing business! We needed to add a spouse to an account, they sent us away and told us they couldn’t do it for the next two days (lol) the week before they sent us away and told us to go to another branch to get a document notarized because the Banker said NO, no other times were offered!!! Btw, she was sitting in her office looking at us and didn’t seem busy to me! Run from this branch!

I took my 14 year old to set up a high school checking account last weekend. Our appointment was with Jennifer Hunt and she was AMAZING!! Jennifer discussed every detail with my daughter and made sure she understood the Chase app, how to turn off her debit card if it was ever misplaced, the importance of savings, etc. She even opened a savings account for her as well. Not only was it a great experience, but my daughter left feeling responsible for her finances. Thank you Jennifer!!

I had made a deposit causing a 7 day hold which really upset me as this was the second time a hold had been done.I had not had this issue previously so it was upsetting, especially with Christmas around the corner.The bank manager called and fixed my issue rig he away.She came through when I most needed it!

I’d just like to say there are true angels on earth. I’m so thankful for Brice and Crystal. They helped my father in a situation with the utmost compassion and professionalism. They then helped me and I couldn’t thank them enough. Stellar service at this location. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
