My 5 & 8 year old love this Claire’s location. We are always greeted by the friendly employees. When checking out, the sales associates are so patient and friendly toward my daughters. It is an uplifting experience for them to go to this store.

I was looking for Mr. Beast' new chocolate, seeing that it just launched in all Walmarts in America, and after searching the main aisle I kindly asked for assistance. One lady didn't really understand me so she asked some other lady to help. This other lady believed I was saying beastables, and not feastables and I was trying to correct her but she still didn't really understand me. I just ended up taking it in my own hands and looking it on the app. It said it was out of stock but I believed there was an error since it just stocked yesterday and there had to be a display at least. She rudely told me if it's out of stock it's out of stock then it's for sure out of stock with a blunt tone. I suspected it was a glitch or something. Next thing I knew there was a whole display on the other side, with MANY products left. I just wish she would've been a little less rude about it, I was genuinely just so excited to try the product and was so happy when I found out they were in Walmart. :(

It's an ok store in a great location. Plants are minimal, but I usually pick up something to replant at home. Today was super busy. Their gas prices are even with Kroger's and you don't get a discount. All in all, a good trip.

If anyone here thinks this Walmart is so bad, you should try the one @ I30 and cockrell hill in Dallas.. you would so appreciate the Davis st location...

Just left this location doing self check out. I usually come here but this is the first time I've had a rude experience with a associate. I was with my husband and daughters checking out. Needed help with a price for a toy that was markdown in the toy area. I explained to her what I needed her help with. She replied with "I don't care" then " I can't take your word" I was in shock with her telling me she didn't care. She then proceeded to mark the price down in the system and ask for what price was the toy. I was thinking and asked my husband and she just rounded it to the next dollar I told her which I was still glad to get the price that it was mark at. Next time I will take a picture of what is on sale. It just didn't set right with me the way she treated me but I brushed it off and continue with my family. On the way home one of my daughters started talking about the situation and asked about it and I was extremely embarrassed. No matter where it is a CSM should not treat customers this way !!!

Website clearly says walk ins welcomed for vaccines. Went to get my second vaccine from them and they said they do not do walk ins.

DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERS HERE or BE prepared to WAIT & WAIT. I personally will never use their grocery online pick up order again. They need to consider their customers inside and outside of the store. A lot of online orders are not only out of convenience but customers who cannot enter the store due to medical issues. They dropped the ball on me for the last time having me wait for an hour and still no groceries brought out. They had ONE guy working or so I was told bringing out the orders. How can a multi million dollar company treat their employees this harsh? How can you keep your customers waiting this long ? I needed my items in part for a medical procedure & let's say I'll think of using any other store but them again. Don't tell me my order will be ready and not have it ready when I get there. I'll go to Kroger's , sprouts, Tom Thumb, albertsons or a mom and pop shop before feeding this greedy corporation any more money!!!

Yellow vest, light blue baseball cap, blonde hair, facial hair. Was getting carts in the parking lot and put his electric cart pusher in front of the spot I was trying to park in and in a way that wouldn't allow me to go around. After just waiting in my car with no ac and 100° outside, he saw me, pulled out his phone and started moving slower. Then a couple minutes later he motioned me to go between his cart and the cars and then cut the wheel hard to try and park. I told him I didn't have enough room. He shrugged, left his electric thing there and went to the next lane to get those carts. He came back and angrily told me to just go between and try and park. Folks, I had no room and my power steering isn't the greatest. It took me getting out of my car to yell that I didn't have enough room and yelling over him yelling at me until he finally moved it up five feet for me to park. As I entered, he was stacking carts inside and gave me a dirty look. Then he ran over to the manager to cover himself before I went to complain. I saw that they were buddies, so I didn't. Why? Just to give them a laugh? Only redeeming quality is the very friendly staff in the pharmacy.

My review is specifically for the service during pickup. Arrived for pickup, called @ 5:04 PM, called again @ 5:40 PM, young man came to the car asking the order name being picked up, called again @ 6:05 this time no answer... order finally arrived to the car @ 6:15 PM!!! I have no intentions on accepting future pickup orders for store #3274

Just when you thought customer service could not be worse....i was told after checking out my own 64 items (because there we zero..repeat zero..lanes open) I was told that they could not replace the torn bag of potato chips that were in my cart. I could do it, but no one was available to bring me an unopened bag of chips. I was told, "we don't do that" by the sales associate. "If you need something, then you need to go get it". Ok well there are plenty of grocery stores around, you clearly do not need my business.

Really appreciate the delivery during COVID that being said whoever answers the phones for order pickup was not very helpful, told me my order could not be found, and then hung up on me as soon as I got frustrated. I didn't want to call back and start something so I waited to see and they canceled my order. First and last time doing Walmart pickup from here, they dgaf

Love watching different birds coming to the feeder in the back yard. All the birds are welcome, but favorite ones are the red headed woodpecker and doves. Walmart has lots of groceries and supplies for birds. Birds definitely need help in winter months while food is scarce.

The pickup tower is a joke. Eventhough I received an email saying my order was ready, we checked in and it's been 20 minutes and counting getting my order. I ordered an appliance online, but I could have literally picked it up off the shelf and gone through checkout and been home in the time I've waited. Will never use pickup again. It's not their priority.

Terrible service, Asst Managers and cashiers need to be trained properly on Manufactures coupons. I had a manufacturers coupon from Kraft for 5.00 tried to use it on some Kraft cheese for 4.58 and the Asst Manager nor cashier would not accept it because it was more than the value of the cheese. The coupon clearly states that if the value of the coupon exceeds the purchase price it is ok to use but you would not receive any change, neither bothered ro accept it regardless to what the manufacturers coupon said.....Poor poor customer service!!! So I took my coupon to the Wal-Mart neighborhood store about 3 miles away in Keller off of Rufe Snow and had no issue using it and I informed them about the issue that I had the the NRH store off of North Tarrant Parkway and they said they were wrong. I will no longer go to this store nor recommend it with such poor customer service in a day and age when businesses are wanting as many customers as possible!!!!
