Wow, top notch service! I went on line and found this place, reserved a unit and shortly after received great communication from Mindy (manager) and a link to complete my reservation. When I arrived at the community, I soon recognized I didn’t reserve a big enough unit. I contacted Mindy, explained what I did, she told me what to do… and bam! She had me all situated and ready to go within minutes. Everything was succinct and in an order. The units were clean, instructions were very clear, and the communication was impeccable. I could tell Mindy ran a “tight ship” (which I appreciate and love) and her community is clean, tidy and safe, it’s easy to see. Shout out to Mindy, thank you for running this facility the way it should be! I feel great about having my stuff stored here.

The only issue I encountered involved Communications. Repeated phone calls and emails asking for help went unanswered. This is CubeSmart's biggest problem in my opinion and it's a huge problem that needs immediate fixing.

Prices are good but trying rent is terrible no one answers can’t get anyone to show up and added charges bad attitudes when they finally showed up. I guess no cares because someone will eventually be desperate and rent. To bad
Hope the owner really sees all these reviews. Hope owner gets an unknown someone to call and see how they get treated.

My husband and I looked around for an affordable climate controlled storage facility. CubeSmart was close to our home and the best price around. We have three 10x15 units with them. The security is top notch and the facility is very clean. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Ok place. The doors needs some WD40 because it's extremely hard to open. No one is ever in office on site to get help. Otherwise it's a good place for temporary storage

The positive factor is that this facility is kept very clean but so are other storage facilities that we deal with… I don’t know if anyone has been talked to in such a derogatory manner as I have been by the mgr Mindy… being scolded by her because I had reserved two large units and then gone back and re-reserved at a lower price made her literally filled with hate for me… their company policy is that until you pay for the unit, you can reserve up to 14 days in advance… well, shortly after I reserved the two large units, there was a special that came up for a considerably lower price and she basically went psycho on telling me she was reprimanded by her boss for allowing these reserved cancellations to occur and then to have let me rebook at the lower rate when I actually hadn’t even committed completely to rent the storage units… she proceeded to tell me that the “call center” people that are trying to solidify the reservation booking are people that I cannot listen to because whatever they tell me if I complete my booking with them that it’s up to the individual Cube Smart location to honor that… I’ve never dealt with anyone in my entire life like this… I would like to add that if it wasn’t for the assistant whose name is Ian, we wouldn’t have dealt with this facility… I’m a member of several different North Richland Hills groups (Mom’s groups, community groups, etc.) and have discussed my entire situation of Mindy… so many have private messaged me and have said that some of them, their family members and also other friends have experienced this same behavior with this manager, Mindy… they have taken their storage items out of there because of her… yes, Cube Smart is losing so much business all because of her… so- like I said, if it wasn’t for the assistant, Ian being such a kind young man with impeccable manners, we wouldn’t be dealing with this facility…

They never return calls if I have questions , great prices , however , just feel lost and uneasy when I can’t reach anyone. My unit is clean and accessible

Securing a unit was super easy. Everything was done online no issues. Unit is super clean. Will be using CubeSmart again.

Tried to rent here but it was so difficult I ended up with extra space storage down the road.
Made a reservation online last night, received a phone call this morning to confirm some information. I called back 6 times but could not reach anyone. Ended up driving to the location which had published office hours for today, but was greeted by a closed office and a sign to call another location or video chat. Video chat didn't work, other location did not answer.
I drove down the road and signed with extra space, price was better and so was customer service.
Cube smart returned my call as I was finishing the paperwork at extra space and basically told me they don't staff the NRH location and that I should have read the sign and not their website and if I was interested, to come up to Keller. Basically making the inconvenience my problem.
This location was incredibly convenient for me and I was willing to pay a premium for that, however the difficulty in doing business and poor customer service made me go 5 minutes down the road. Gained better customer service and a better price.
Would recommend extra space at 5808 Davis over this cube smart. Extra space also has another site across the street at 55757 Davis for a few more bucks but with traffic light which is nice if you need to go back north on Davis.

Efficient and friendly!! Mindy and Karen are two great people. They call me by name no matter how many months it’s been since I’ve been there. I just did some rearranging and consolidation, they were extremely patient, helpful and courteous. We have several Cube Smart‘s on Davis Boulevard. However I always wait for the unit I want to open up so I can stay at this facility, because of the trust that I have with the two ladies.

For the record, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location, Davis Blvd in NRH, TX.
I, personally never had any interactions with this location BUT my dearest friend M.T., had the most awful experience today with this location, AND the way your customer service left my friend in a furious, unsettling manner,
I will not ever be using this location and I will be shouting from the rooftops to others , not to use the Davis Blvd location as well.

Extra Space Storage is my recommendation. There I received the best customer service and was treated with the utmost respect. This was not my experience at the cube smart on Davis Blvd in NRH. Although the other cube smart on Davis Blvd in Keller has TOP NOTCH customer service.

CONS: I have four different units in two different sizes, and yet I am paying a different price for each one. Of the four units, only one has lighting. Plus, they are constantly raising the rates on all of them. It now costs me more in storage fees than the items inside are worth. I will be moving out by the end of the summer. PROS: The employees are friendly.
