I've been getting my prescripts here for 15 years. I can't say it has gone downhill because it's never been uphill! I do not know why I haven't changed it. Laziness I guess. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the grief that comes from these people. Slow, lethargic, and just plain grouchy faces and slow, moving people. I can't count the number of times I've heard a customer just explode out of frustration with the service. Stay away!

0 stars if I could. Went to this CVS to print a couple pictures out. The printer said it was out of paper, so I went to go find an employee. Walked around the whole store to find one. Just for her to tell me to just continue without paper. Then once my pictures got done printing, I had to checkout at the register instead of the self checkout since the QR code I had to scan. I had to walk to the very back to the store to find Shannon, a manager who didn't seem to care at all that I, a customer had to come find an employee so that I could check out. A quick 10 mintues turned into 30 minutes I was in that store finding an employee. I should've just walked out with my pictures. Shame on your store and employees Shannon! Horrible Management.

Guys I use to be a pharmacist for CVS. Please know CVS is losing their pharmacists because of the incredible amount of work they place on their pharmacy staff. All for stockholders. Please be kind to the pharmacy staff. They are tired and overworked. Kindness and understanding goes a long way. The one star is for the company not the staff. So how to help? I read some comments, and Drs telling a patient, a med can be filled in 30 minutes at CVS...not smart. The Dr doesn't know how many scripts are in the que. CVS pharmacists don't tell you the waiting room for the Dr will be a 5 minute wait. So please, Drs KNOW absolutely nothing about how long it will take. Expecting your medication in 10 minutes? This shows you don't understand the process of the safety checks to get you your controlled substances. IF you can, for routine meds, give them a day or two, because there are many post surgical or post treatment meds. It's about time the public hears how some of the bigger pharmacies are treating their pharmacists. I HAPPILY work for a global pharmaceutical company that treats their pharmacists well. Gentle reminder, please be kind to the pharmacy staff, and voice all complaints to corporate causing this. That is how you will get change.

This CVS is horrible. They can't even hang tags so you don't even know what's on sale half the time if you put in an online order nobody knows nothing about it because they turn off their scanner so they don't hear that they have a online order to take care of I don't know who the manager is but They really need to get on their people I mean even the shift managers you would think that being a shift manager, you would know how to do certain things I haven't found one yet that knows how to fix a problem so they have lost my business. I will never deal with CVS ever again.

Convenient, for my neighborhood CVS.I've had trouble with the communications on new prescriptions being sent and ready, but the times I've had trouble it wasn't a big deal thankfully. The pharmacist will try to get my prescription taken care of if they can, sometimes it means I just have to come back later. Also this location has lines from time to time, but is often as speedy as they can be. I appreciate the folks working here.

The staff here have been incredibly frustrating to deal with for years. There's no one at the registers!!!!! They don't deserve to be paid if they can't do any customer service. I worked in retail for years and I would never ever be away from the register.This location sucks

I would recommend having your prescriptions sent anywhere other than this location. The staff in the pharmacy just don't seem to care at all. My wife had surgery done and had her pain medication sent here, the doctor saying it should only take 30min at most. 3 hours of waiting at this CVS they still claimed they never received the prescription from the doctor, and that they were all caught up as well. Literally had to get the doctor on speaker phone with the pharmacist here for them to get their act together and find the prescription, claiming they just got it in, when in reality, the lady who took the call just didn't put it in. By that time my wife's pain medication had wore off and she was in major pain waiting for these unthoughtful people. Changing pharmacy's IMMEDIATELY

The employees are always very friendly but this location still needs help. I believe the employees are doing the best they can but are most likely understaffed or unorganized due to management etc.

Would give zero stars if I could. Closing pharmacy manager SONYA decided to close the pharmacy early and that is irresponsible and I went to the pharmacy several times today with long wait times. I came back before closing and they closed the pharmacy and left earlier than 8PM, I've been coming here for years. Post covid they make their own rules. Daughter has medicine she needs immediately and I cannot transfer her prescriptions so we are now going to have to go to the ER unnecessarily because of her. Thanks Sonya. That's what the store manager on duty said!!

Called the rufe snow store to get my second shot. Their hotline told me I had to get an appointment that they are not doing walk-ins. After going through All there questions they told me the first appointment was at 4pm (called at 9am). Waited all day went in at 4 ton get shot and was informed they have no shots available. I told them I had an appointment at 4. She said they had walk-ins that took all the shots today and I would have to come back!!!!!!!!! This store always has the worst customer service. I hate cvs

Pharmacy staff always helped me with manufacturers coupon and saved me quite a lot of money. Overall neat, clean and well stocked store and you are always greeted when you enter the store.

Fantastic staff. They get to know you like it was in the good old days. CVS bargain coupons etc have saved me tons of money. Pharmacists Ike and Brian are the best!

Criminally overpriced. Asked for $1000 for my pain meds. Went to Kroger with good rx. Kroger only charged me $45. Do you know how depressing it is to be told you can't afford not to be in excruciating agony?
