If I could give zero stars I would. I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter 4 hours after it was called in and it was “still in process” when I mentioned it was sent in 4 hours ago they were going to expedite it…still took 30 minutes.

Terribly understaffed, nobody at check out, had problems with self checkout and had to wait forever for someone to help. People behind us got tired of waiting, left the products behind and just left the store very upset, the only reason I didn't leave is cause I really needed the product urgently

I've had a very important medication of mine back ordered for over a week now. I'm transferring it back to Kroger, I never had this issue with them. I only moved this script to CVS to get 90 days.No one at this store or customer service will help. These important life or death prescriptions need to be overnighted but they're constantly being delayed every single day.

I called a refill in on Nov. 7 and I still don't have it. I can't get it transferred to another pharmacy bc it shows "pending". I will never use CVS again even if they are the cheapest on Goodrx!

Do not use this pharmacy. They are incompetent and don't seem to care one bit. Plenty of other options out there.

At first I thought something was wrong with my phone. I called and called, over and over, and all I heard was static noise and then nothing.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever used. The store is dirty. The pharmacy lies about medications being in stock and then when the prescription is sent they say it’s on back order. Their customer service is horrible. They act as if you should be grateful to be graced with their presence. I would rather try to get a colonoscopy at the DMV then use this store.

I've been getting my prescripts here for 15 years. I can't say it has gone downhill because it's never been uphill! I do not know why I haven't changed it. Laziness I guess. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the grief that comes from these people. Slow, lethargic, and just plain grouchy faces and slow, moving people. I can't count the number of times I've heard a customer just explode out of frustration with the service. Stay away!

I have a similar experience as other reviews I've seen. I had an insurance issue and had to use GoodRx for the first refill since I urgently needed the meds. After it was cleared up they refused to contact my insurance again to cover the meds, making me pay hundreds of dollars for my meds again. When I tried to explain, I was cut off and basically told to stop wasting their time. I switched to the Walmart up the road, they aren't particularly amazing but they also aren't a hassle to deal with and actually have medications ready when they say they do. Multiple times I ended up waiting 20+ minutes in the store on medicine they told me was ready to be picked up before I left my house.

0 stars if I could. Went to this CVS to print a couple pictures out. The printer said it was out of paper, so I went to go find an employee. Walked around the whole store to find one. Just for her to tell me to just continue without paper. Then once my pictures got done printing, I had to checkout at the register instead of the self checkout since the QR code I had to scan. I had to walk to the very back to the store to find Shannon, a manager who didn't seem to care at all that I, a customer had to come find an employee so that I could check out. A quick 10 mintues turned into 30 minutes I was in that store finding an employee. I should've just walked out with my pictures. Shame on your store and employees Shannon! Horrible Management.

Absolutely worse pharmacy I’ve ever been too! Monday the hospital emergency room sent them 3 prescriptions including a strong pain killer for our daughter. Went to pick it up, took them 30 minutes went up to counter only 1 med there, no the pain killer. I asked about the other two and the lady said ohhh those went to another pharmacy, which had already closed by this point. Made for a loooong and unnecessary night for our daughter. Speed forward 2 days, we’re back at the emergency room they call in another neeeeeded immediately antibiotic, we called ahead said we’re on our way pull into drive thru with one car in front they literally close as I pull up! Another loooong night in store for us and our daughter.Avoid the frustration and gambling with your health and do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 blocks to Walgreens up the street.

We had to switch to CVS pharmacy bc they accepted my son's insurance. I've had nothing but problems since. I have to pick up my son's 2 medications monthly and it's a monthly headache. They never have them ready at the same time. Even after I call and speak to an actual person and am reassured they will be. They are unfriendly and dismissive and will flat out cut you off when speaking. The line takes forever to get through when trying to pick up through the drive through lane. It's just a horrible monthly experience that I'm hoping to change soon. I do not recommend them for families with monthly medications.

Guys I use to be a pharmacist for CVS. Please know CVS is losing their pharmacists because of the incredible amount of work they place on their pharmacy staff. All for stockholders. Please be kind to the pharmacy staff. They are tired and overworked. Kindness and understanding goes a long way. The one star is for the company not the staff. So how to help? I read some comments, and Drs telling a patient, a med can be filled in 30 minutes at CVS...not smart. The Dr doesn't know how many scripts are in the que. CVS pharmacists don't tell you the waiting room for the Dr will be a 5 minute wait. So please, Drs KNOW absolutely nothing about how long it will take. Expecting your medication in 10 minutes? This shows you don't understand the process of the safety checks to get you your controlled substances. IF you can, for routine meds, give them a day or two, because there are many post surgical or post treatment meds. It's about time the public hears how some of the bigger pharmacies are treating their pharmacists. I HAPPILY work for a global pharmaceutical company that treats their pharmacists well. Gentle reminder, please be kind to the pharmacy staff, and voice all complaints to corporate causing this. That is how you will get change.

This CVS is horrible. They can't even hang tags so you don't even know what's on sale half the time if you put in an online order nobody knows nothing about it because they turn off their scanner so they don't hear that they have a online order to take care of I don't know who the manager is but They really need to get on their people I mean even the shift managers you would think that being a shift manager, you would know how to do certain things I haven't found one yet that knows how to fix a problem so they have lost my business. I will never deal with CVS ever again.
