Always a pleasant experience at this location. The store is clean and well organized. I can usually find what I need without any assistance. The associates greeted me upon arrival and asked if I needed assistance as I want for a self check out register to become available. I highly recommend the location in North Richland Hills, TX at MidCities and Precinct Line Road

90% of the time, the pharmacy has issues with my prescriptions. I’m not exaggerating. I am forced to use CVS by my Aetna insurance plan. I can’t express how true my statement is. It’s not an occasional issue, it’s 9 out of 10 times. It’s been this way for about 2 years. Clearly no one in the CVS organization wants to fixit. They know it’s an issue and still it’s been going on for years.

The pharmacy is consistently professional and friendly! They have always been very helpful, and they know what they are doing. Everyone who works there has always been great.
I’m impressed with their ability to keep their professionalism in the face of many, many impatient and rude customers. Hats off to them!

Rude and pathetic behavior. Every time we go to CVS for a prescription, we always see different personnel, which is indicative of high turnover. They said that I had no insurance coverage, so I paid myself. After conferring with my insurance that I still had complete coverage, I drove down to get a refund. After a lengthy wait, a rude representative processed the refund and simply walked away as if he was angry. I stood there wondering if I was done.

This is the best CVS Pharmacy I have ever experienced. The employees are friendly and helpful. The manager, Trina, is available to help in any way she can.The store is clean and organized which makes shopping a pleasure. The Pharmacy cheerfully dispenses prescriptions and makes sure you understand the instructions and any potential side effects

I had a great experience. I tested positive for COVID and needed a PAXLOVID prescription. My appointment was 2 hours after I scheduled online. The clinic had access to my Texas Healthcare records. My check in, appointment, and prescription were completed and I was out the door in 35 minutes! Wow!

Manager completely unprofessional behaviour on narcissistic acrimoniousy ityrant people around him running with fear with his jail tattoo ranting around like a spoiled child and nobody can tell him nothing, I will never go back to that store assuming he smarter than the doctors
