I wish I could.give less stars or like a sixteenth of a star. This bank is the absolute worst. And I don't even want to get started on the customer service. Do yourself a favor and pretend this bank doesn't exist. You'll be much happier ANYWHERE else.

I bank here at this bank. I needed some documents to be notarized, I had done this before about a year ago. I went through the line and asked if there was a notary available. I said if not that’s ok I’ll go somewhere else. Nakia said yes there was a notary available to have a seat and Tina Burns would be right with me. I waited for 45 minutes when I decided to leave. I just wish they would’ve told me she (Tina Burns)wasn’t available I just used up my lunch hour. This is the 2nd time this bank has done this I don’t understand how people can be so uncaring.

Sheila and Alexis work well together, and both have top notch customer service! You can tell they are working hard non stop and their high levels of energy and positivity are just as high at 5:45 pm. Grateful to have these ladies at my closest branch!

Shelia has been very professional and has always taken care of me! She referred me to Tina who was able to give me the assistance that was further needed to meet my needs. I recommend Shelia and Tina to anywho who may be thinking of switching banks.

$640 was taken from my son's account in January and they still haven't fixed it! He has autism and has worked throughout high school on job skills. This was a large percent of the money he had. Don't know why they won't fix their mistake!

Been here for over 9 years. Had my ups and downs but they work with you when they can. People around me say this and that about how there bank screws them but I'm GooD at F.C.B. and to those crybabies talking trash ....learn to budget your money and transactions Dee De Dee

Can't check my bank account status online is unavailable got my temporary password and still asking for it. You try to call and all phone numbers are out of service. Most unprofessional bank. Super concerned about my money and can't get to bank till tommorrow. I can't believe they have no way of reaching

Been with them for ovwe 5 years, use ro bank with Wells Fargo..they were atrocious. The hours here are so convenient and their super friendly. Had a problem with being shortes $100.00 on a transaction, walked back in, manager pulled the drawer and checked transactions immediately. Apologised for my inconvenience and gave me the money right away. Any other bank wouldn't have been so quick with due diligence.

After finishing my shopping, a bank employee engaged in conversation with me on the way out. I asked if I could get a roll of quarters and was told I have to be a customer. I said I would consider being a customer if I could get the quarters, was denied... could have been a positive customer experience but now they have someone who will not recommend their banking services. (Note to management, think about this situation and reflect on your policies.)
