I can say that reviews are nothing compared to the tantalizing feeling of being belittled, gaslight and discriminated against! It's The service appointment started out very mundane and normal with the added bonus of the employees very loudly and outwardly complaining that covering seats with plastic wasn't their job and that "people where fu*king lazy" per the men in the galley offices to the right of the entrance.My service advisor was Kathryn who was very nice and gracious through the entire process which is commendable. After waiting two hours for my car as informed, I happily pay the up-charge for my request of full synthetic oil get my keys and proceeded to leave the service center. Enter the highway and proceed to try to merge quickly to my far left lane as I do so my car bottoms out and says that I'm restricted to a performance of 80mph Which greatly confused me as I have not enabled thisfeature on my car I bought a GT enough said!At this point, I'm unsure why the technician has changed settings in my vehicle and I'm genuinely concerned As to what I'm supposed to do pulled over on the side of the highway, so I called the dealership for assistance. I was able to reach Kathryn I told her what was happening with my vehicle which greatly concerned her and caused genuine confusion as well, I was placed on hold. After being on hold for 20 minutes she checks in with me to inform me that she cannot find a manager to assist her or a technician who will listen and as a customer while sitting on the side of the road, not sure why my car is acting up, i become increasingly concerned about what is happening behind the scenes. I'm placed back on hold and after another 20 minutes, she said that she was able to track down Roger Calderon who would call me just as soon as he was able seemingly unconcerned with no sense of urgency for my personal predicament. I wait for 18 minutes for Roger to call; at this point I have been sitting on a side of the highway at no fault of my own while very concerned for an hour. As Roger makes contact I have decided to move slowly off the highway toward my accommodations which I must check out of and for my safety. As I speak with Roger It seems all of his ending statements were what would you like me to do? As a customer who was just coming in for an oil change who brought in a vehicle with no problems or concerns I became increasingly frustrated at the lack of concern for my safety or care as a long standing customer. After working with Roger he was able to lay out options; we're almost 2hrs into me leaving the dealership without an actual offer for quick resolution. But there's more while I had been talking to Roger someone was in his office was talking about me while he was on speakerphone which I assumed no one thought I heard and when I said could you tell the secondary person to please be quiet unless they are your boss is when it became Increasingly tense and threatening as the situation progressed. I was simply confused about who was in charge?At this point I feel like I have no choice as it seems like I have been told in many different ways that I am solely liable for what is happening to my vehicle and it could take another night to fix, which means I would have to stay in my hotel a night longer and they could not ensure reimbursement(154.28) for accommodations; so I choose to take the car through side streets and slowly back to One Star Ford. Upon arriving to the dealership I just wanted to hand in my keys, find out who was talking about me while in Roger's office on speakerphone, and leave. I was pointed to a gentleman Scott Wilson. When asked for his card Scott approached me very closely, held up his card and refused to release it while I tugging it trying to antagonize me. I chose to let go and not engage well, Scott followed me out the door calling me a sissy and possibly a faggot. Left a voicemail to the seller of the car he sold me and it's been more than a week and no response or anythingEvery time you call they'll "transfer you" but the person will never pick upOnce they sell you a car your doneThey will not help nor give advice on anythingWould recommend going to Honda or Toyota This 5 star ford is no star ford

There's a reason why it's called 5 star FORD!!! Chris, Reagan, and the entire team took absolutely phenomenal care of me and my electric pony and really went above and beyond. I was so scared when all of a sudden my Car wouldn't charge anymore. They assured me they will return it brand new and told me not to worry. Additionally, Chris set me up with another car ASAP and kept my vehicle for a week to ensure everything was properly functioning. He gave me daily updates and even asked for my permission to take my vehicle to the charging station I had the issues with. When I picked it up they also cleaned the interior and washed my pony. I felt so taken care of and beyond grateful I chose to work with Ford and Chris and his team!!! If you need a big car, choose Ford, if you want a fast car choose Ford, if you want an electric car choose Ford. If you want a BIG, FAST, and ELECTRIC car choose Ford!!!!!!

All I gotta say is, Hector took car of us with exceptional care.Found the car we wanted, for the price we wanted, were able to workout the deal we wanted.Exceptional service from Hector.We will definitely be back, as long as Hector works there.

Worst customer service ever!!!!Called just to get a price on an alignment. Was transferred to five different people before I was connected to a service advisor. Got his voice mail. Called back. Only transferred to three different people this time before an actual service advisor picked up the phone. I couldn't get a word in edgewise with this extremely rude person. Every time I tried to ask a question he kept interrupting me and talking over me. Why is what he has to say so much more important than what I had to say???I only wanted to get a price for an alignment and after 25 minutes, having to deal with a very rude person who refused to let me speak, I hung up and went to discount tire, who got me in quick and charged almost half price of what the dealer wanted. I used to like 5 star ford but after this experience, I'll never go back!!!!They should change their name to 1 star Ford, or even 0 star Ford.

This place is terrible and has been for over 15 yrs! Visited today to just see inside a Ford bronco and I got a long response about them not being able to open someone else's car when in processing of purchase and another salesman barely spoke to us and walked another family to a vehicle we simply wanted to see inside of... customer service stinks here!! Work at local company and others advised not to go here becasue of the bad customer service!!! If you want to buy a car , stay AWAY from this place! Wish I could give it negative 2 stars

I would not recommend this place. Something is very off about the interactions we had. It started over the weekend when we inquired about a specific vehicle being on the lot. They confirmed and sent me desk information via email. They called the next day to schedule an appointment. After 3 different people confirming our appointment time, we arrive to find out the vehicle magically went to a dealership for repairs and recall fixes. We go with them to test drive the car at said other dealership, we express our interest and are told it would be ready two days later.I've followed up many times and was told it would still be coming just delayed. Today, they tell me they aren't selling the car anymore and just taking a loss on it to sell at auction. Nothing about this feels normal.

Great service!! I'd like to share that Diron Lintz has been my salesman for more than 15 years now and 3 vehicles. He is the consummate salesman in my families opinion, He understood my need and respected my preferred way of shopping. I wanted to "buy" and not be "sold" a car. He was not pushy or aggressive. He listened and allowed me the time needed to make a decision. Very respectful and responsive.

Car buying is typically not a fun process but I definitely enjoyed myself at this dealership. Diron Lintz & Randall Swindell are AMAZING salesmen!! They helped my parents purchase a 2018 F-150 Lariet and we decided to purchase from them as well because of my parent's experience. My wife found the car she wanted on their website and I asked my parents to test drive it for us because we live 2 hours away. Diron and Randall met us at the dealership at 9 am (they weren't scheduled to come in until 11am) and got the keys so my wife could test drive it herself and it was a done deal after that. A lot of laughs and great conversations while we filled out paperwork. Chris, one of their finance managers, was very helpful as well and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped us get a good deal that included a great protection plan.We will definitely be back again when we need a new car. The 4 hour round trip was worth it!

Maybe it's me but I like old school service. I bought a car from here and love my Explorer. The sales department was great in working towards the number I had in mind and made the buying process easy.They listened when I said no to extras.I did have an issue with leaking transmission fluid the first few days and needless to say I was upset. They were very acclimating and offered me a new car or an extended warranty beyond what is offered. They did the right thing.Everyone and I mean everyone is SERVICE is amazing. You can tell the culture of Five Star Ford is all about the customer and building relationships.Here is the rub, I live closer to Grapevine Ford but liked Five Star Ford the minute I walked in.Truly FIVE STARS!
