Really good store with a great location. Friendly employees, decent prices, DIY assistance, too.

Okay, Precinct Line! You just jumped up a few notches on my list of favorite Home Depots. (Don't worry about why I have a list of favorite Home Depots.) I should have gotten names, but the ladies at online pickup, the window department and people that helped me to my car were all knowledgeable and fun, helping me navigate a pretty frustrating day.

The ladies at the front service desk/returns are amazing! I would be seen as a "complicated customer" because of how much I'm in the store, and making returns from projects. The two ladies there this morning helped me figure out all the items I had with me with patience and a good attitude. Don't know their names but one lady had blue hair, they both deserve a raise if possible!

Been wanting a nice outdoor kitchen under a carport which I use as a patio , after watching YouTube video's I decided to make one from concrete cinder blocks covered with QuickWall which is a " special order " item ..Mosaic tile countertops with Spanish tile accents .. I was suprised how easy it all came together , complete with Blackstone griddle , Char-Broil infrared grill , and T.V. ! Added a new patio set , and now I have a whole new outdoor living area .

We paid to have Home Depot come to measure for carpet installation. Once they measured they sent quotes but there was no visual layout to show where they were installing. I had to go into the store for this, which I did. After standing in line to speak to a rep for over one hour, we met with a very nice lady, however, we found none of the quotes matched the visual for the installation of carpet. It was the beginning of a frustrating journey. This nice lady said she would figure it out and call us later, which she did so I paid for the installation over the phone. Home Depot uses Cooper Installations out of Carrollton. They showed up about 10 days later to install. We completely emptied the 5 rooms to be carpeted. I spoke to the had man and told him we wanted all transitions to be a z-bar finish. I said I'll be in the other room if you need anything at all. He came to me after a few hours and said they were done. We started walking through looking at each room and got to two of the bedrooms. They did not do the transitions we wanted because the old transition was still in place! They said they couldn't remove the old transitions. I asked why they didn't come and get me to discuss this? I never got a good answer, just that they could not remove it. It was absolutely ridiculous. I told him I would have removed it if he had come to get me. I refused to sign that I was satisfied and called to file a complaint with Cooper. They sent a lady out to review the transitions who took pictures. They notified me a few days later that they would come out and fix it, but the lady reported that we were in the wrong, not the installer! Over ONE MONTH later, they sent the same crew back out to stretch the carpet and fix it with the Z-Bar transition. It's finally done, however, the customer service was lacking as nobody with Cooper seemed to care that two rooms of the house, one an office area that was needed, did not get finished for over a month. I would highly recommend using a carpet company that uses their own people to measure, sell, and install the carpet. You will probably have a better experience and good customer service.

Nice associate in lumber told me to check at Pro Desk about marking down the only sheet of 1/2" birch plywood they had. One edge was destroyed to about 4 inches in. There were 5 people standing behind the desk. One guy was going on and on about customer service and studies and blah blah blah. I made eye contact with him a couple times. One cashier was helping a guy and it was taking quite a while. I finally walked out after 5 minutes of waiting. All that guy had to do was call for more help, help me himself or just say "Sorry it's taking so long. We can't help you for whatever reason" If he was training new employees, he needs to find a new line of work. The first rule would be to address one that is staring at you and wondering why the 5 of you aren't helping. Pitiful

Mohammed is a GREAT employee! I NEVER go to home depot with my husband - he can spend hours there. Today he went to get one piece of PVC & I decided to go to see if they had some plants I've been wanting. So we get all the plants & the other things for them + the piece of PVC.Get home & the PVC is gone. He says not to worry about it as he's planting everything we bought so I go back to Home Depot hoping it's in the cart. No Carts. We checked out thru the garden center & that's where I met Mohammed - not the same guy who checked us out. I told him about what we were missing & he said he turned it in to customer service & gave me his extension if they had any questions.I get to customer service & they must have already turned it back in & told me I could go get another one. It's PVC! it all looks the same to me!So I knew which aisle we were on & I found the part that he already had & needed the part that fit on to it.Do ya'll have any idea how much PVC is in that aisle?I'm just staring dumbfounded into the wall of white then I look up & it's Mohammed! He found the right part! Saved the day!

pitiful customer service. Tried to return a ice maker i had ordered on line. i first tried to cancel the order but was told i could not and i would have to return it to a store when I got it. 2 weeks later when it arrived I returned it to the store only to be told they could not help me. they said they would have to call the manufacturer to see if they would take it back. The store manager told me he would call me the next day. 2 weeks later no phone call. i went to the store and was told they would not take it back. stuck now with an extra 100 ice maker. Home Depot sell it on line but won't tak e it back. anyone need an LG ice maker.

Service is typical of Home Depots. But the Tool Rental area is sad. After multiple hang ups Jim actually answered the phone " I'm really busy, what do you want? " They really make us feel good about how most people treat customers!

This is not for this particular store, but for the tool rental area, and not anything against the employees of the rental store, but for the parent company. I believe this is The Home Depot/ Penske. Their policy of not taking CASH for rentals is pure COMMUNISM, and nothing less. Based on this business decision, I can only hope you fold up and crumble like a cheap card table for your crappy policy. I was fine with holding on a credit card, but wanted to finalize the deal with cash when I brought the equipment back, but could not do it because of your stupid, idiotic policy. Last time I do this, I'll buy my own and hope you go out of business, comrade.

Do not buy anything from home depot that they outsource labor, tile, counter tops etc. Horrible experience. While they were helpful I was the one that had to keep calling home depot and stone systems. Stone systems was one whole day late on install with no communication. I initiated the communication. Then they not only didn't follow the measurements they cut the under mount sink hole off center. Home depot and stone systems point fingers at each other. Been over a month with no resolution. Getting closer to fixing it but will it be fixed after they replace it?
