Incredible pharmacy with pharmacist and techs who go above and beyond in care for their customers. We drive from Keller to this location because of the incredible experience we have every time.

Card and App to get deals. I get the App tracks our purchases and we get rewarded with digital coupons, but come on. Produce isnt evaluated as it should be. Often rotten, over ripe or moldy bad spots. Expect a lot from the customer and offer very little given in return.Customer service very poor.

Normal kroger, clean, always busy, decent parking. They're getting ready for Halloween! Wish they'd have more USA fruits and veggies.

Worst pick up service ever absolutely un profesional I had a order which I had already paid for then they came out and told me I owe more money how does that make any sense? I put substitutions for everything and they decided they weren't going to when I asked them if they could have substitute they had told me yes but didn't know if I wanted to that part made me laugh because what's the substitute option I put there for then get better employees!

I’d have given this pharmacy ZERO stars had it been an option. My husband needed his insulin and our insurance provider had told us that we could get a very expensive long acting insulin at Kroger for $25 which was about $75 cheaper than our regular pharmacy. I was ignored at the consultation window for quite some time before someone finally addressed me (after another customer who was at the pickup lane). I don’t mind waiting for someone who is in front of me but this pharmacist didn’t seem to want to answer my question or wait on me at all. She stayed a distance away from me and refused to take or look at the prescription box I was holding (or the insurance information I had for her). I explained what the insurance provider had told me, and she finally said that she could not tell me the price of the medication and that we would have to submit it to be filled before the insurance company would tell them the price. By this pharmacist’s reasoning, I should have to take the prescription to every pharmacist in town to find out what I would be paying while my husband languished without life-sustaining medication. My husband had just had quadruple bypass surgery when he had a major heart attack out of town ( in Abilene) and was there in Hendricks Heart hospital for two months. The diabetes is part of the issue with his heart and it’s very important that it is controlled. I am the sole caregiver for my husband and my 89 year old mother—plus my daughter had thyroid surgery the week of Christmas and I have had to assist her and her husband with babysitting. This isn’t a sob story I’m just trying to put across that I’m being stretched pretty thin here.Truth is, I need some HELP and clearly Kroger Pharmacy is not willing to help no matter what the insurance company says or how life-sustaining the medication is. When I got home without his medication, my husband told me that she could have entered all the information that I had in my hand (the prescription, the insurance and the prescription card number) and told me if they could fill it for that amount or not—she just didn’t want to wait on me. And that’s the impression I got as well. I’ve been a good customer to Kroger for the 17 years I have lived in the area, and even stuck up for them when other people have been critical online. But I’m done here. There is simply NO EXCUSE for what I experienced there tonight.

Very unhappy with how the handling of my second dose of my Covid injection has been handled. First I was called to schedule a week to early and the individual I spoke with was very argumentative about it. I called back the next day I was told I was correct and I should not have been scheduled. Then I was called to schedule on the correct day. A few hours later I was called and told that due to the number of vaccines and how they have to be administered I will have to come in 3 days earlier which due to my work schedule I am unable to do so I’m told well I don’t know when we are going to get more in but you now have up to 45 days (I think is what she said to get it). I was so upset I just hung up on her. Just another reason that I am going to transfer from this Kroger pharmacy as soon as I can.

Great choices of fresh anything one needs. Lots of workers ready to help locate an item.

I think I'm permanently done with this store. Every single Kroger click list order gets delayed with no time frame given for actual pick up. They are rude and don't seem to care that they inconvenience customers. They just give excuses. Guess who gets orders right and on time? Walmart across the street, market street in colleyville!

I am done with Kroger for good. Today is the nail in the coffin. Our click list order was to be picked up between 4-5pm today. I get a voicemail at 1pm stating "we are running behind and will call you when it's ready." Then at 4:30, I get a text that my order is ready. We head up there and they basically blame it on automated text messages from corporate. They tell us our order is not ready and they can't give us a time frame. Here it is, 7:30pm and we have heard nothing. The employee couldn't care less either. Absolutely done with this crappy company.

Made an online order, these people clearly don't care about their customers. Multiple items were wrong. Several items were missing. The meat we got was sitting on top of fruit all in the same bag. Called the store and corporate and all they are willing to do is a gift card for $30. What a joke, I will never shop at Kroger again. Management clearly could care less and the corporate people were even worse.

They never have anything in stock if you order pickup. I won't be back found a new Kroger that knows how to treat its customers right and keep stuff in stock !
