Today I remembered why I stopped coming here. They don't have enough cashiers nor enough self checkout counters, so the lines are usually long.If you want to use cash, you'll have to wait even longer. Only one of the six checkout counters accepted cash today, which is the deal breaker for me. Paying with cash shouldn't mean that I have to wait six times as long as other customers, so I won't be going to this store again unless I need to. Overall, the store is pretty standard for the working class area that it's in. It's clean, organized and normally well stocked.

Your prescription will never be on time. If it has to be back ordered, they won't inform you. You will get a text when it does show up but don't even bother showing up if no text shows up. I have waited 2 weeks for my meds being on back order. If your medicaiton is in any sense abuseable, you will be treated like an addict. The pharmacy manager seems decent but the rest of the staff are not happy.

I had a horrible terrifying experience with this pharmacy manager his name is Stephen he decided to close the pharmacy before 8 o’clock which is the closing time I came to the drive-through with my daughter who has down syndrome sitting in the car seat trying to get my prescription and the wind was already close that was before 8 o’clock right at 7:59 PM I had to park the car get my daughter out of her car seat and go inside to get my prescription then the pharmacist Stephen Told me we’re closed you should’ve came before 8 o’clock and not wait till last minute we back-and-forth quite a bit and he acted as if he wants the store manager telling me get out of here don’t shop here don’t come here anymore! He ended up giving me the prescription interfering in my own life and my own daily schedule trying to tell me why did not you come earlier and he kept telling me this over and over until the Kroger manager came who was very kind his name is Chris from there we agreed that he pulls the camera to see who is telling the truth and I expect Cres to see you that I did pull into the drive-through off Kroger’s pharmacy before 8 o’clock and it was closed my question is if he was going to give me the medication anyway why did he have to go through all this argument why did he go by the standard test rules of customer service and give me the medication feeling me next time try to come early sir but he did not tell me that I am very much disappointed by his actions and the fact that he tried to act more than his authority by telling me to leave the store. Kroger‘s. Not only the pharmacy until Christopher the store manager came and I told him I need to do other shopping here I’m here from there took my complain I am extremely mad I couldn’t believe that this was coming from a pharmacist at Kroger‘s !!!!

First time at this kroger pharmacy. Whoever the woman was at the drive through was VERY rude. I let her know I only needed certain meds and also let her know I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication from my doc office. She slams the phone down and starts shaking her head like I was causing her a huge inconvenience. From the time I got to the window to the time I left she had an attitude. I understand we all have busy and frustrating days at work but for someone who is in customer service and always tries to treat people with courtesy, I thought this was extremely un-professional. It takes so much more energy to be rude to people. I will not return to this kroger for my medication.

Curbside. I know everyone is very stressed but I just want to shout out to the Kroger curbside delivery at this store. It is a smaller neighborhood store and when days like today come around everyone is shopping and going crazy, a smaller staff is here but I am grateful for the curbside delivery people that keep working and keep a good attitude. I had good veggies and fruit selected. Thank you!

Staff went above and beyond to get my prescription filled! It's not easy fighting a disease like ulcerative colitis but it's definitely easier with my medicine. Thank you so much to the pharmacy team! Y'all made my month so much better!

This location is terrible. The employees can never answer a question about anything, they always say let me check then that person says let me check, it is a circle of I don't knows followed by never getting an answer. What little food they have stocked is not fresh looking at all, especially the produce. So many brown and expired items that if it wasn't because of job I would never go there.
