Absolutely miserable customer service. Everyone at check out is busy glaring at you as if you are stealing something while you have to use their self checkout. Then instead of being helpful if you have any issues they give you attitude about having to help. Whatever this store adds by having a wide selection it loses in having rude unhelpful staff. Avoid this store if you can.

Feel like this place is getting harder and harder to shop at. I prefer to use the self checkout but their systems are so messed up I have about 3-5 errors for every trip (computer issue or conveyor issue) and it takes at least 5 mins to get someone’s attention to correct it. I’d go thru regular lines but I like to back my bags my own and that doesn’t seem like an option. Could you guys have more than 1 person manning 6 self checkouts?

Very disappointed here.
Worst customer service ever extremely rude out uncomfortable.
They follows you around the store.
If you buy her item too much even they have no limit.
some employee will stalk you in front of the store, acting stealing from them.
Who the hell steals tomatos😂. Unfortunately, that happened to me.

I can’t believe I was treated differently because of my race. We lived here over 15 years. I’ve been going to this Kroger for the past 10 years we moved away for two or three years and things changed here. Today me and my family went to buy eggs cause we have a return veteran party hosted in our house. We have two person and there’s no limit on how many eggs we can buy as shown. But when we check out the guy at the register, decided to not sell it to us he was making it into a big deal, calling their managers and stuff. I don’t know why they’re treating us like this. We have to go to a different store to get egg after that. We’re not going back again and might not ever go back to Kroger again and I’ll make sure to let my family friend and customers of our business know about what happened. What a disappointing experience. I don’t understand what makes us different from other people a pair of taxes and we follow the law we’re hard-working people, but we don’t deserve the right to buy another case of your eggs. Fantastic job i’m so proud of you guys.

I was excited to make this my go-to grocery store but went there this past Sunday evening at 9pm and there were hoodlums loitering in the parking lot. I sat there in my vehicle waiting for them to leave but they just kept wandering around the parking lot being obnoxious. Others kept showing up too. Not good guys at all. You guys need security or police patrolling this area. It’s so strange because I thought this was a nice area. I know a lot of people spend a ton of money to live in a nice environment. So, it is very disconcerting to go to the local grocery store and feel unsafe.

Please get rid and f your digital coupons. They are a joke. They never work and then I’m told I must go to the customer service counter to get the reduced price. I’m sure many shoppers think they are getting the reduced price and they aren’t. Today i couldn’t get their app to work at all. The cashier even tried and she couldn’t either. Shopping should be this difficult. I truly feel Kroger assume the customer won’t notice if they are charge full price so shame on you Kroger.

Somebody stole 800 of my fuel points somehow a couple day's ago.
Shopped inside the store but had gotten gas at a Murphy's on that day and have the receipt to prove it.
On top of that, the gas attendant closed the fuel station more than an hour early.. I always run my card at the window and preset the pump..
Looks like if I don't get my points back that were stolen, I will take my business elsewhere... For groceries and fuel

I love this Kroger. It's big and has a large selection. It also tends to have a large supply of sale items.

Very clean store with good inventory. BUT all time mess with promotions price during cashier . All time!!! Assistants trued to do their best, but they need to correct all promotions price, they don’t know all small rules from promotions and make more mess. Management definitely needs more accurate work with promotion prices and systems!

Nice Kroger with a wide array of items including shoes and clothing. Typical Kroger that is severely understaffed hours into the evening. Friendly service provided though.

Biggest Kroger I have ever been to -- they have clothes for the entire family, toys and shoes. It was clean and well organized. Will return.

Beware if you apply for a job at krogers , you apply get offer for the job you apply for in store position , then go thru orientation and get told you got to do gas station at another krogers , and what you got hired for they don't put you at and put you at a store in hirer traffic area , takes longer to get to work , was a waste of time getting job here.
