I have not been impressed with this particular CVS. The staff seems disorganized and have poor communication. There have been times that they are out of stock on my medication. Instead of trying to get my medication, they have told me to go to other CVS clinics an hour out of my way. I had major surgery, I had a prescription for hydrocodone. They would out of stock and I never received my prescription. Thankfully, I had good pain control from the hospital before I was discharged. But I think this is unexceptionable, I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I had a prescription called in on Friday and after several hours they still said my prescription was filled... and now we went today- Sunday- and they said it was CANCELLED. We have given this pharmacy chance after chance after chance and they are Always so behind ! We are switching to Walgreens

I have used CVS for years. I love my CVS but we moved and this one was so close to my house so I decided to use it. After several interactions with 3 different people and days of misinformation about my prescription being out of stock (which come to find out, it was not) my conclusion is that when faced with the option to use this CVS or another, pick any other! There are too many other CVS's close by to go through the pain of using this one. I will happily drive 5 minutes longer to go back to my old, trustworthy CVS.

** If you're getting a COVID test here as of Aug 2021, go directly to the drive-thru at your assigned time!** This is NOT information that the staff will communicate with you -- they don't call you at your scheduled test time as other CVS locations do, and there's no signs or direction outside as to what you're supposed to do. Eventually after several minutes of waiting inside a hot car for a call that never came (and being put on hold when WE tried to call), one of us had to go inside to ask what to do, which obviously we wanted to avoid considering someone in the family could possibly have COVID. On top of that, the person providing the test at the drive-thru had an attitude and seemed to be rushing us. Unfortunately our usual CVS had no available COVID testing timeslots, so we had to go to this one. If you have the option to go somewhere else, I highly suggest you do.

For starters, the pharmacy staff at this location has never been very friendly. Not one time have they filled my prescription correctly the first time. I received a text on Saturday asking if I want my prescription refilled, to which I replied "yes," followed by a response that it would be ready on Sunday. It was not. Now I have to wait another day for my prescription that I should have started taking on Sunday. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy.
