We love this facility so much . The entire staff is so welcoming and the eye assistants/dr’s are so gentle with my son. Everyone just seems so happy to be here! Ketsia is gem ? She’s very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to not lose his 3rd pair of glasses, she’s just sweet overall! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful visits

The staff was great. They answered all my questions so patiently and thoroughly. Dr Fee was awesome! Again, so patient and thorough. I got my prescription corrected and am looking forward to my new glasses. Great job!

Great doctors in a great facility! I love coming here for my eye exams. Very clean and professional. They have a wide selection of glasses and contacts to choose from. The only thing I don’t like but won’t rate down is the time for new glasses. Not having glasses made on site takes about 2-weeks turn around time. But I don’t mind because the service makes up for it.

I went to this place for over 20 years when both Dr. Schwartz's owned and operated this office. Since it was sold to the MyEyeDr. chain it has went down hill. The quality of the lenses in the glasses are awful due to a changing of the lab (per tech helping me with my scratched up lenses after less than one month.) I called to order my husband some contacts to hold him over until his next appointment, which would have been in about 3 weeks. I was told since his prescription was expired they would check to see if they had one pair for him. He wears disposable lenses, I told the woman on the phone that he would need more than one pair. She remained quiet and said she would call me by end of day to tell me if they had one pair, she never called. In the past before this chain took over I would have been able to get enough contacts to carry my husband through until his next already scheduled appointment. This place doesn't value the loyalty of long time patients, so I am cancelling both our appointments and have found a new private practice to start seeing. I understand that this chain will not care if we leave. But I encourage everyone to go to private practice doctors you will typically receive better service.

I made an eye appointment this morning to check to see why my eyes had been red . Not anytime during scheduling did the receptionist notify me that "red eye" falls underneath the medical category and not fall under optometry. This resulted in me having to pay out of pocket for an eye pressure test, and other standard eye exam tests . Which should have been free. With the insured provided by my employer.Had the proper information been provided to me from the beginning I would have not made the appointment . I wish the situation would have been handled better. The Dr was friendly and knowledgeable but I will not be returning to this location . As their ability to inform clients fully on services and charges are grey .

Not a good experience. I would avoid them. The doctor was fine, but I kept getting a variety of stories when my glasses would be ready. They kept blaming the lab. Fist the lab never got my frames. Then I got the call the frames were ready, but had no lenses. Then the lenses were too big for the frames. I was told different dates the glasses would be ready and after three chances I was done. I have never had this experience before and got tired of the run around. I asked for a refund. I still have no glasses after several weeks of waiting.

My first time visiting and I was very impressed with the level of care provided. The Dr. spent quality time and examined me accordingly, and because of that she caught a serious concern others Dr.'s missed. Also, spot on with my contact exam, contacts are amazing. I purchased an amazing pair of eyeglasses ? too!! I've referred others as a referral is the highest compliment. Great job MyEyeDr.

So last year we came here and it was great. This year was not good. They have a new doctor who is very thorough. To the point that my grandma and kids were yelling that hurts please stop. After she dilated the eyes she spent 20 minutes with a high powered light looking around the eyeballs! Not cool. They screwed up our initial appointment time. They didn’t update the file and call to remind. And each visit you waited in a room like 30 minutes before you were seen. We were here 2x for 3 separate appointments. And we were returning customers so it wasn’t anything new or different. 1 start because it’s the lowest. The only bright spot was ERIK! He was here last year and he is so wonderful.

Ok I don’t remember everyone’s name but they were all so friendly and professional! The lady at the front desk is so beautiful! She also took the time to read my paper and answer my questions. Arena was so quick and informative about how the beginning of our apt would go. She sped through it w ease and we had a few laughs as well. The doc and I had a beautiful discussion about our names (really made me feel she cared about me as a person) as well as going into depth about how to help my issues. LAST BUT DEF NOT LEAST OZZY!! He took the time to help me find the perfect frames, he was sweet and funny, and I would love shopping w him again in the future! Overall I had an amazing experience and I look forward to calling this home for my eye care ?

I am so lucky to have someone like Erik that took the time to help me. Erik has always taking the time to fit my glasses right, and has always had an awesome attitude when I needed help! Now my glasses actually fit! He is the best!

If you previously relied on their services, I would suggest reconsidering. Not only did they order a box of contacts with the wrong prescription, it took them over a week to resolve the issue. Their file organization is sloppy to say the least. They changed my base curve from 8.7 to 8.4 without telling me, causing me discomfort and eye strain. I have been using base curve 8.7 since 2015 with absolutely no issue. To add insult to injury, when I went to get the issue resolved they continually pulled up my brother’s name and files instead of mine, which says all that needs to be said about the absolute negligence of any attention to detail on their part. If you are looking for an accurate contact fitting I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Great customer service all around! Erik and Osvaldo provided exceptional service and answered all of my questions. Osvaldo, specifically, answered all of my financial questions related to ordering contacts and was so friendly! Amazing support staff and a thoughtful, considerate doctor.

Erik was amazing and patient with my 5 year old daughter!I absolutely love this place! I’ve have been bringing my daughter here for her glasses only for about 2 years now!!They have always been so knowledgable and so kind no matter what!This is a great place to go adult or child!

Extremely quick and patient! Went to Americas Best prior year, after comparison I was more comfortable here and welcomed. Erik absolutely great customer service.
