Trash service is good, but not so much with customer service. Don't answer phones regularly, don't respond to emails or message service within their website. Also don't communicate about holidays or bad weather cancelation (not counting the xmas holidays).

Amazing service, very satisfied with their hard work and great customer service, the entire neighborhood is very thankful to have nortex waste services as our trash collection provider.

Their customer service is non existent! You call an (800) and they have no clue what is going on here locally. You will not get a call back, or better yet…they just won’t answer! On another note…they do pick up the trash!!!Service: Trash removal & disposal
