I have been Dr. Gabriel's patient (Dr. G) for several years now and the services that I have received have been excellent. From the front office staff that takes your call and greet you when you walk in, to the nurses working with Dr. G, all are professionals. Today's appointment was urgent and although I did not see Dr. G, PA Legan attended me with equal professionalism.Always grateful.Thank youRichard

My family has gone to NHFM for many years. I saw Dr Nguyen today for the first time. He was fantastic! He listened and was very thorough. I got in right away and the wait wasn’t bad at all.

Called by phone to schedule a "I think I have a cold" visit. Got a reservation for the next day. Called back an hour later and asked to have it changed to tele-visit. Done no problem, same time, same practitioner. She called me a hour before the scheduled time (THANKS!) to take care of me.Very good listener, practical and reasonable and respected my self assessments and symptom descriptions.Thank you Taryn!

I moved to Fort Worth in 1996 from Topeka, Ks. We asked our doctor in Topeka if he knew of a good doctor here in Fort Worth. He referred us to Dr. Gabriel. My whole family has been seeing Dr. Gabriel ever since we moved to Fort Worth. Whenever I see him, he has always asked about my sons, even now that they are adults. All the doctors at North Hills Family Medicine are really good. I know Dr. Gabriel is close to retiring, and when he does any other doctor would be able to take over. All the doctors are very knowledgeable. I would recommend NHFM to any who needs a doctor.

I love my Doc office so much! They are very patient centered and caring and do their best to make everything easy for you. I especially love Practitioner Ashley Legan, she is so smart and and up to date and well-educated on holistic therapies and stress management for preventative health- on top of all her knowledge of diseases and life saving medicines.

I saw Dr. Nguyen at North Hills Family practice. He was kind, personable, and sincerely invested about me and my injuries. In the same appointment, he was able to get x-rays and order a CT scan for within the week. The efficiency and thoughtfulness behind his work made it a truly pleasant experience!

I have been going here for 20 years! The best Dr office hands down! Dr lambert is AMAZING and front staff are so sweet. This morning I was in and out in less than an hour and that included slabs and Dr Lambert hearing all my needs and concerns. I love it here.

My husband and I have been seeing Kayla Bakane at North Hills Family Medicine for years. She is wonderful. She keeps our costs low. She takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and answer all of our questions. The wait time is almost nothing. Your appointment time is your appointment time. I highly recommend her and 5 stars just isn't enough.

After 9 years of being treated awful by our previous clinic, we decided to try North Hills Family and just this one visit had changed our outlook of having to go to the doctors! Ashley went above and beyond with assuring us that we would get answers and ran multiple test. I can rest easy that she is helping my family! The front desk was so kind and everyone seemed genuinely happy. We found our new health home!

I’ve been going to Dr. Gabriel for a year now. He’s quick to see and makes sure you get proper treatment. Staff is super friendly too. The waiting room is clean and has a cute aquarium to keep your eyes busy.

I have been going to North Hills Family Medicine clinic for more than 10 years. I have never received anything but the best care from colds, flu, diabetes, sprains, falls and even cancer.Dr. Lambert is the most caring physician I have ever seen. I have also been treated by Dr Gabriel and he was great during my emergency care treatment. The entire staff is gracious, kind, concerned and dedicated to your health. I see Dr. Lambert’s nurse practitioner (Kayla) for my diabetes care and I feel well cared for and she is my greatest support! No matter who you see at this clinic, you will be well cared for.

North Hills Family medicine is a great practice. I have been a patient for over 15 years. The front desk staff is awesome. All of the Dr's, Kayla and nurses, are the best. I have referred many friends to the practice.

As someone who works in healthcare, very dissatisfied with the clinic overall. Unfortunate, given the many positive reviews is why I chose this place.First issue, was with the visit. I did not receive my lab test results for many weeks and had to constantly message the office and Dr. Nguyen to get a reply. The only response I received is the portal isn’t working would not upload my results and I had to come in to get a copy.The main issue was receiving a bill for my annual exam which should be covered by my insurance. I escalated to the office manager and she said the Dr. I saw was not in network but would resubmit and should be covered under a different provider of the practice. Didn’t make sense but went along with it. Then several weeks later received the bill again and insurance denial.I tried calling the office left multiple voicemails for the manager never got a call back. It’s frustrating because the office never explained benefits and never provided an estimate if insurance did not cover anything. I was never told the Dr. I was seeing is out of network. I understand i am ultimately responsible, but at least communicate and don’t lead me on. Worst experience ever, will never return or recommend this practice ever. I hope everyone else experience is far better than mine.
