Sitting in the parking lot for the second time during open hours according to online and the door and they are closed. Last time they closed 30 minutes before posted close time. I’ll just assume they’re closed in future.

When turning into your drive-thru to pick up my mobile order my car hit the cone. Your employee working was extremely rude and not welcoming to your establishment! I won’t be back, plenty of other options. You need to fix the sensor and remove the cones for your drive-thru!

went through the drive thru, there was no menu & the sign says to order at the window. I pull up to the window, sat there for 10 minutes, called the store twice with no answer & no human in sight. Ended up just driving away smoothie-less

When I went to pick up my order in the drive through (place via mobile app). I noticed I ran over a rubber cone. Instead of the manager being kind and asking me to fix it, he told me I was going to charged $50 for the cone. These cones are not in the best position. I fixed the cone and it is not plastic. No way can it break.I did ask if this guy was the manager, he claimed that he was. When I parked and went inside to get my child's smoothie, I found out my mobile order was given to the people in front of me. I asked for a refund and I will never go back. Refund was givenI went there three times a week after my daughter's daycare these last 2 months. I hope no one experiences this. Being in customer service 16+ years this was unacceptable.

I went to this smoothie king yesterday and was disappointed by the service. There was a blonde guy working with a pink shirt and was rude. I had his “shift lead” come over only because the manager was not working. He was very helpful and personable. He remade the smoothie and it was much better! He had dark brown hair and was wearing a red smoothie king shirt. Hopefully you guys can get better staff :(.

Hi I came in June 17th @2:50pm and your and staff were absolutely horrible!! As I walked in one staff walks pass me and another staff walks to the back I was never greeted or welcomed in. The one left to help me just stares at me behind the counter not greeting, saying hello, but only says “are you ready” as if I was disturbing their quality time to talk to each other or whatever they were doing. This store need better management and staff. Or better yet get A.I to do the jobs which in sure could be trained better then those kids working there.

Ordered at this location online by mistake. Called immediately to cancel because I live on the other side of town and they told me there's nothing they can do. So I went in a few days later and they refused to refund me or even remake my smoothie bowl. Basically took my money and gave nothing in return.

Manager is great. Had a bad experience at a different store. The manager here took care of us. Will always come here instead now. Thanks for taking care of us.

Editing my 1STAR review:I was able to get in touch with them and they went above and beyond to make me want to continue to go back. Apparently, they had 2 openers quit without notice, and not open the store. I just happened to go both times. I understand good help is hard to come by these days.Second time I’ve been here during business hours 10:10am on Monday and it’s not even open. Smoothies are good but I don’t know how a business operates like this.

My wife is on a liquid fast so I took her to Smoothie King a couple weeks ago at about 7:30p on a Wednesday evening. I honestly thought the stir had closed down. Half of the outside menu is missing. I asked at the speaker if they had a menu I could look at. I was told no, I’d have to come in. We pulled up the menu on our phones instead. We placed the order at the drive-up then pulled up to the window. The inside lights were almost all off. It was just weird. We had to wait a bit while the server cleaned the counter, then he made the smoothie. The smoothie was great, but the experience fell short.
