“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t for these two employees I would be leaving a one star review. Thank you Keenan and Treven for going above and beyond for us and correcting the situation immediately!! Thank you !!!”

Customer service the day of pick up was excellent (I think her name was Christina or Christine) she was knowledgeable, patient and helpful in making sure that we selected the correct miles and equipment for our move. Her friendly yet professional demeanor is the type of customer experience that would 100% make me a repeat customer. Moving is stressful enough especially in this Texas heat? but thank you Christine/Christina for making this a positive experience.”

“The young lady who worked the front desk was absolutely awesome. Very friendly, easy to talk with, and make you feel welcome for coming. She was hands on helping me get the trailer connected to my truck. She made sure to follow all safety protocols for connecting the trailer, safety chains, lights working, etc. I will use them again if I need a future rental and she is a part of that reason. “Clean and indoor and lots of them and I believe is a decent price but it was my dad‘s. Don’t use storage units unless you absolutely have to because it’s very hard to get back to that and clean it out because you always want to keep something! I hope this helps, blessings to you and yours??”
