My package was delivered to the wrong address and I went to this office and Stephanie was the person that helped me she was AMAZING this lady took her time to find my package and her time to bring it to me there needs to be more people out there like her Thank You

Complete waste of time when you tried calling the post office. I’ve been trying to call for over an hour already and I get the stupid automated service that does no help at all. I received a link that I believe may be fraud. I’m just trying to verify it but you can’t you can’t get a hold of anybody in the office and the automated service just keeps you running in circles. Complete waste of my time, I highly suggest to use some other service besides USPS

Went to this office to purchase a stamp. Kim was the clerk that took care of me. Even though I was only there for a stamp, she was extremely positive and cheerful the whole time. This is very refreshing considering so many people in retail these days act as though they hate their job. I wish more people where like Kim in the workforce these days.

Opened a service request and was told by the post office when they finally contacted that they would call back to check on the service request at 9am the next day. Instead they closed my request with no resolution. No one will answer the phone when I call to get help.

Update: I have lost several hundreds of dollars of products due to packages being put in transit so late. I’m beyond frustrated with this location.I have used their self drop off for packages for about 2 months. EVERY SINGLE package I have dropped off has been delayed in starting transit by at least a week. I don’t know what is going on. I’ve never experienced this with a post office before. I sell things second hand on Mercari & Poshmark and how quickly my packages start in transit (not just when I drop it off) matters a lot. I drive to the Keller or Hurst USPS instead.

No one ever answers the phone. Was expecting a package that was out for delivery and all of a sudden they're saying I need to come in to pick it up instead. Trying to get some information and no one picks up. Do better.

Update: After 5 years, things are still equally bad at this post office. The mailman came to my house that has a doorbell, instead of using it, he decided the reasonable approach is to knock on the door and step back quickly so the ring wouldn't recognize me and alert me that there was a person there. Of course the doorbell is there just for decoration. Since I couldn't hear him knocking, he took a package with him. Went to the post office, requested to talk with the supervisor or whoever is in charge, he told me he can't force anyone to ring a doorbell because he would have to use his fingers to do so (what?). When I replied that the same fingers he used to knock on the door would be the ones used to ring the doorbell, he looked at me with this (confused? who knows, apparently that is his normal day to day expression) face and told me this was a gray area (what a joke, we are talking about using a doorbell not making laws or human rights). He acted like I was asking something outrageous or unheard of by telling him to talk to the mailman to use a doorbell in a house especially if he can see that there's cars parked in front of it. Like their literal main job is not to make their best attempt to deliver a package. After seeing the person in charge, I can understand why the employees are so inept. A reflection.Original:Shipped a care package with food on Saturday to my hurricane devastated country so my family could have something to eat. Received a notification on Wednesday that my box was "too heavy" and "come pick it up". First of all, the weight limit for USPS is 70 pounds and my box was 62, if it was "overweight" the system would have never accepted it because they will not be able to charge me the proper amount to ship it. Second, if that was the case, why wait 4 days to notify me? The employees there knew where this was going and the reason why I was sending it since the employee took her time to tell me that "she saw on the news that they did had food". The employee (Renita) was nice and I don't think it is her fault that they are returning my box. I blame whoever is the lazy employee that does not want to carry the box and put it on a truck. I paid $110 to ship this box, it's not a cheap service and I for sure didn't got it for free. How can some people be so cold towards other people suffering, it's beyond my understanding. Also, my mail is delivered to incorrect addresses all the time, and I receive other people's mail as well. Now I understand why other reviews are so bad.

This post office needs to be closed, because it is absolutely THE WORST!!! I live in an apartment, with not only mail boxes, but parcel boxes. They have to leave a key in the mailbox so you can open the parcel box. My problem is the carrier consistently forgets to put the parcel key in my box, so I am unable to get my package that was delivered. What is worse, is this post office NEVER answers their phone, so there is no way to get help, unless you drive there and talk to them in person. There have been numerous packages that this has happened with, 10 to be exact. I went there for the 3 rd time to tell them I still don't have my package, and the Post Master has left for the day..... it was 4:15 pm. They close at 5 pm. This morning when I spoke with him, gave him my phone number and he said he would call me, which of course he never did. I am screwed because this scenario keeps happening!! It is beyond frustrating. If you look at all the reviews for this location, you will see, there are so many others that have their own stories about this place.

Postal workers here are rude and act like clowns. The tracking says: "ready for pickup". They say: "We don't know where is it and you are not the only one who needs his package, so we don't care! ". Every time it takes a week to get your package after it arrived to this office.

STOP LOSING MY PACKAGES! You've lost 4 of my package 4 times in a row now! Status says "Delivered, Parcel Locker"Exactly what parcel locker are you even talking about??? It's a crime that you guys are losing all my packages! You should be sued!
